The breakfast was clean and had everything necessary, but it wasn’t very plentiful.
The location is great—there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to the convention center.
I’m really satisfied with the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.
The hotel shuttle driver, named Joe (I’m not sure of the exact spelling), was extremely friendly and helpful. He really improved my impression of Louisville, making it much more positive. He was incredibly kind.
The elevator button on the first floor sometimes gives a slight electric shock. I'm not sure if it's just me or if the button has a small leak, but I get shocked fairly often.Please have it checked.

The size of the room was great.
The breakfast selections was cold. There was dog poop lined the sidewalk. My refrigerator made a loud humming noise for the full weekend.
