The size of the room was great.

The breakfast selections was cold. There was dog poop lined the sidewalk. My refrigerator made a loud humming noise for the full weekend.

My ratings should not reflect the hotel, but booking.com. I was unable to stay at the hotel for reasons below. I was forced to rate the hotel before i could submit this survey.

I was very disappointed with booking.com I arrived after dark and was told that the room was not available and booking.com should have contacted me. I checked my email, and booking.com notified me after 3:00...after I had left my office and on the road to Louisville. Booking.com had my phone number on file but I see no record of them trying to get ahold of me. It was after 8:00PM when I arrived and the front desk could only tell me that booking.com booked me at another hotel. I had no way of knowing what hotel that was and no way to find out. Being alone, I got in my vehicle and found a room at the marriott, just up the road. This was my experience with booking.com

Charging for parking is not right, should be told before scheduling a stay. Amenities were lacking, had to ask front desk for kleenex, hand soap which should always be in your room.

It was a pretty good value for the price and the room was huge. outdoor area was great

the pool was dirty constantly, and hidden fees are crazy. charged $600 extra and when I asked about it at check out they said “hmm idk, i’ll email you” and never did. we came back the next day and they only gave us a refund after no response because the manager didn’t think she’d see us again. she even made a comment about it

A horrible and overpriced nightmare of a stay.

The proximity to the event i was attending

Wasn't clean. Turned back the bed and had blood on sheets. the room was dirty in general besides that. I talked to staff about it and they said they would send someone in the next day. My reservation was messed up so I had to switch rooms mid trip. The wifi is only free in public areas. So it had to be paid for and still wouldn't work properly. The tv service was in and out. Tried to watch NBA finals games and TV signal just went in and out. Nothing to like about this stay

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in

Close to the airport. Easy parking. Room was wonderful. Lots of space, kitchen area had everything we needed and more, bathroom area was well thought out and room was very clean. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel room. Very nicely decorated. Lots of thought touches to make our stay comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Relaxing, very comfortable space for 2 or even more

Very clean hotel, right across the street from the football field. Kitchen is pretty big & has a large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove and dishwasher. We didn't utilize it but we would on another trip while we move our daughter in.

I think the breakfast could've been a little better for the hotel price, but I am pretty picky when it comes to food.

Exhausting

Staff and hotel itself was wonderful

People starting congregating in parking lot at 10:30 to 11 car alarms going off chanting singing not being bad but when trying to rest we called downstairs to break it up at 2:30 am finally by 3 or 3:30 am they left. We are talking more than 20 plus individuals

Disappointed

When I got to the hotel and was given a key it didn’t work called the front desk he then told me that someone would be there right away to reset my key and let me in my room. No one ever showed up. I went back to the lobby, we then came back upstairs. He tried to charge the door door will not charge. We had to return to the lobby for him to switch my room. My room was switched. I got inside of there. It was expecting a suite however it was not a suite it was one big room with a small couch . every hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was a suite. It was two rooms. One was the living room. The second one was the bedroom. I was very disappointed and what I had to pay and what I had to go through in order to stay the night.

The advertisement of a suite guys have to ensure that keys work and don’t have to have customers go up and down up and down, trying to get a hold of a key that will open the door for them

The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities and outdoor pool were great! I accidentally booked the wrong date and the staff were amazing and accommodating to help switch the date, honoring the rate I got on booking.com. The location is perfect if you're going to an event at the convention center.

No restaurants anywhere close, but there were plenty within a short drive.
