Nice desk staff but very short on housekeeping staff. Inconvenient room layout.

Good location. Very nice front desk associates.

Was there 4 nights had no housekeeping. When I ask for it on day 2 they said we were not on the list but would be put on for the next day. After 3 pm on day 3 they changed out the towels and emptied the trash bud did not make the beds or vacuum. Shower head was a cheapo. Room layout was really inconvenient, the closet is in the bathroom?

Great place in a great town.

We love this place. Jeffersonville is such a great little town, and the hotel is in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants around, and walking the Big Four Bridge over the Ohio should not be missed. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Harvey will take great care of you during your morning breakfast. He is also happy to share the history of the area with you. We pass through here a few times every year, and stay at the TownePlace as often as we can.

Disappointing

I like that I'm only 7 minutes away from my son and his family when I stay here. There's a park across the street, and the walking bridge, as my grandbabies call it, is also very close.

Breakfast selection could be better, especially for the price of the nightly stay. Each time I visit, the rates are higher, making it more difficult to continue to book here.

I like this place for the convenience to the park.

Breakfast was alright, more fresh fruit would have been good. Staff were helpful. We had to keep requesting more towels. The location is very convenient for the Abbey Road Beatles festival. I do like the fact that this hotel is very pet friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel charged my credit card in full a whole five months in advance. Have never had that happen before. I am usually charged at the end of my stay while I am checking out.

The afternoon staff was excellent. The morning cleaning crew was good.

The morning-check out front desk staff was always on her I phone and was annoyed by a simple request. I am handicapped and asked to be by a elevator. I was placed as far from an elevator as possible but I was too exhausted to change rooms. I was not offered any discount or later checkout time ,even though I belong to the group and have stayed with you many times .Ouch!

I did not like the fact that I was there three days got one bag of towels left outside the door no housekeeping whatsoever the toilet rocked so bad you could barely sit on it the guy came to look at it so I'll fix it Monday I still will I'll be gone Monday and he didn't care they offer a free breakfast but the breakfast is all prepackaged crap that you could get it any convenience store I should not be able to advertise what they're offering as breakfast just was a very unsatisfactory trip all in all personally it was perfect but lodging it was very subpar for the extreme amount of money I got charged not happy

Best place to stay when visiting Louisville, Kentucky

The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the Big Four bridge and all the restaurants, It is the best area to stay when visiting Louisville, Kentucky, quiet, safe, and close to everything. It was great having a kitchen to heat up food. Breakfast was good. There was freshly cooked oatmeal with toppings along with the usual fare.

There should have been dish soap for washing the dishes.

Breakfast had good selections 😋. But oatmeal was too thick and cold. I had to wipe my table off to eat☹️. GRRRRRRREAT LOCATION along Ohio River. It was really nice Great STAY-CATION.

Easy parking. Rooms were grrrrrreattt, pool was AWESOME. Washer and dryer was on site. Staff was overly nice pleasant and accomidating😊. BEST I HAVE SEE IN A LONG LONG TIME. THEY WERE VERY VERY KIND!
