Outside was very littered , breakfast is usually very good, this stay they only filled one of the hot trays, only had eggs and links

Very nice and clean and very placed for my needs.

The only thing I had an issue with was parking. The lot has a weird shape to it and not really great for large vehicles like SUV’s and pickups.

Noisy A C , should go on slow fan with soft increase to high fan when actual AC is on. It had abrupt start and abrupt stop. Disturbed our sleep. Other than that, the place was fine

Exceeded expectations

We booked our room then read the reviews and I’m so glad I was honestly scared what I was walking into from the reviews. But when we arrived it was way better than we expected. Rooms are clean staff was very friendly

Nice place, awful staff looking to scam you out of money for damages that never occurred with zero proof.

The property was nice and clean!

When arriving I was told they had to put an additional $100.00 hold on my account if damages occurred (after paying $135 for the room). No big deal, but thought it was a little odd since I’ve never ran into that happening at any other hotel. The next morning after my stay I received a phone call that there was a red mark on the sheets that went into the mattress. When pressed, she told me it was only on the sheet. During this conversation she told me she had taken photo evidence and was flagging me in their system. When I asked for the photos she told me she couldn’t use her email or text me the damages. I would have been more reluctant to pay if 1., damages had occurred with proof, 2., the lady didn’t cuss me out on the phone, tell me how terrible I was while yelling and hang up and 3., if the lady didn’t charge me $200 instead of $100!!!

Room was modern & designed nice.

The room wasn't clean, there was dark hairs all under our sheets, all over the bathroom, etc. Floors looked like they hadn't been swept. Only one elevator made it hard to get up & down quickly. The room literally shook everytime an airplane took off or landed near by. We had no choice but to stay here bc we were only in town one night for a school competition.

Soft, Comfy Bed but that is it.

The only good thing about this hotel was the bed. It was super soft, which is normally not the case when going to hotels.

I called before the trip and asked if they had a shuttle from the Airport to the hotel/expo center, and they said yes. We called the hotel when we landed and they said they do not have shuttles. We had to get an uber to the hotel. The hotel was about a mile from the Expo center, so we were able to walk. The walls are very thin and heard all the noise in the hallway through the night. I am very unsatisfied with this stay and will not be using them again.

Walkable to Churchill Downs

Room was very clean and served our purpose for going to the Kentucky Derby. Proximity to the event was the main reason for booking.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the exceptional cleanliness, the up to date facility and the closeness to Churchill Downs. Every staff member was very responsive, especially a young man working many hours when we were there.

The only drawback for some may be the planes so close overhead, however, we enjoyed seeing them

Kind, Clean, and Accommodating

The front desk was so kind and accommodating and the hotel was within an easy walking distance to the derby. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable! I’ve never had such a great experience at a Comfort Inn!
