The lobby was cleaned the front desk lady was frendly

the room smelled like smoke the water barley worked in the bathroom shower the bed was very uncomfortable. i could not get any sleep the room smelled bad we was told that it was no rooms open on the second floor. i would never rent a room here again

The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was ok. I really enjoyed the room we stayed in. It was very welcoming and comfortable. If you want a staycation and need to get away, this is the perfect place to get away. It's very quiet and peaceful. The area is safe and nice. There are restaurants around to get easy access to.

The breakfast could use a little improvement, the pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and every now and then I would find ants in the room we were staying in.

The location

Some how one of my reservations got cancelled when I didn’t cancel it. So one of the king rooms was not available. After driving 4 hours to get there it was not a pleasant experience. The room smelled of mildew and they didn’t clean the room or exchange the towels . I had to take the dirty one to the front desk for clean ones. I have stayed in Fairfield’s before in other states. This one sucked!

A very restful stay.

Breakfast was good with a great variety. Room was clean and quiet despite its location near I-80/94. Many restaurant choices nearby and close to Purdue Northwest where I was going for a competition.

Curtain sheer was ripped from the drapery pull rod. Fan in the bathroom had a rattle (bearing was going out) and was noisy anytime a person flipped the light switches on.

Wanted a Quiet Night from home, should've just stayed home

The staff were really friendly

All of the amenities they advertise like the pool n etc are down because of remodeling. The hotel also had a terrible odor. No already hot n ready items with the free breakfast. My floors ice machine was broke too. Scheduled a wake up call with front desk because my room didn't have a clock and they mistakenly set it for an hour earlier than what I asked. I also stayed a couple nights and asked to have my room touched up after night 1 due to my small trash already being full from dinner and needing fresh towels. They never freshened it up or brought me more towels.

The customer service was amazing. Literally everyone I encountered was extremely nice.

There was a lingering smell at the entrance. The bathroom towel was loose. The hot water was lukewarm. Screws were visible in the shower. The outlets were very loose and didn't work properly. One bed had a dip in the middle area.

It was just okay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My stay was pretty quiet. The room was next to the elevator but I didn't hear it.

I was there for 3 nights. No one came and brought new towels or take the trash. No type of service was given besides checking in at the front desk. The breakfast location was small and crowded. There wasn't really any space to stand while waiting. I was either in the hallway with the rooms or right next to someone eating at their table.

I love how tidy everything was in the front desk and lounge. The roon was decorated very well and the staff was very nice. They made me feel welcomed when I checked in and out.

The room had little black ants all over the attached table where the tv/microwave was at. I didn't notice until I pulled out the rolling table to use it as a table so I could sit down on the bed and to eat. I killed maybe 4 or 5 of them. That's when I went to the attached table and noticed numerous little black ants. I had my belongings on the rollout desk and my purse on the ledge that was directly under some pictures. I put all my belongings on the bed and noticed on the white comforter that more little ants were coming from my belongings onto it.. I had to take everything out of my travel bad, backpack, and purse to shake everything off to make sure no ants were still on them. I did try calling the front desk but didn't get an answer. When I checked out, I advised the lady at the checkout desk, and she said she would let them know. I didn't think to take pictures, I should have.
