The pool was ice cold, and they have satellite TV. Ours did not work for most of our stay.. in & out They missed wash clothes hanging over the shower curtain, and hair on the bathroom floor... breakfast was good

When I came to check in, I didn’t get a warm greeting at all. The lady at the front desk was sitting at her computer and didn’t even notice me standing there. It took her a while to look up, put her things aside, and finally help me check in. The parking is terrible. There are no handicap spaces on the back side of the hotel and only about four in the front. After checking in and getting our keys, we left to grab a few things from Walmart. When we came back, my 3-year-old autistic grandson set his cup on the nightstand, and it fell — the whole nightstand came off the wall and landed on the floor. I’m not sure if it hit him since he’s nonverbal and couldn’t tell us, but it was late, we were tired from driving over four hours, so I called the front desk the next morning. They moved us to the room next door and said maintenance would have to fix it. The second day, parking was an issue again. I’m handicapped and have trouble walking, so that made things even harder. Breakfast wasn’t great either — nothing to brag about. I chose this hotel because of the area and because the website showed a nice pool. But when we arrived, we were told the pool was closed “just for one day.” It ended up being closed the entire three days we stayed. My grandchildren were really disappointed, and honestly, so was I.

We stayed 2 nights here but the main issue was no one came to clean after day 1 nor replacing our towels.

My daughter was kind of looking forward to going swimming and as we check in, the lady said the pool was down. Had I know that I would’ve booked somewhere else.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and pleasant to talk with. The building itself and the room were worn out. There were rubbed away spots in the bathroom floor and a piece of strong tape over one. The entire place needs updating. Also, the breakfast was average, but the orange juice machine didn't work (it spit out water with pale orange every now and then. The coffee was horrible.

Except for the receptionist who checked us in, our quick stay was fine.

Room was ready and clean when we arrived. Our bathroom looked to be outdated, but clean. There may be updates going on at the facility. The location was tucked up against the highway, so traffic was noticeably loud. We left before breakfast opened, but were told at check out we could go grab some things to take with us. Appreciated that!

The woman at the front desk was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful to everyone in the lobby. She even made a note immediately for housekeeping to fix the bathroom door that was almost impossible to open if you closed it. She is definitely a great asset to your company!

Everything was excellent including breakfast. Only exception were the parking, some sort of construction that had half of the parking lot restricted.

The staff was very friendly! I didn’t like having to go fetch clean towels every day. I didn’t think it is was right for the hotel to charge the same price for the second and third day as the first day when your room doesn’t get fresh sheets and towels every day like you would get for a new room. The breakfast hours were not shown in the room, either. No restaurant info was available and parking was not ideal. And why 2 different prices for a multiple night stay?? That sure isn’t showing any customer appreciation!! Things could have been a lot better but it also could have been a lot worse. Next time, i will most likely stay somewhere else! But the friendly staff was a plus!

My greeting was we don't have any rooms in stead of asking if I had reservations (which I did). This put a very bad taste in my mouth after driving 6 hrs. The elevator took forever and the lobby was very congested; not with people but the way things were arranged. The rooms were comfortable.

I'm taking away one star because the pool is so tiny. Only 15 people can be in there at one time.. and it was freezing which is strange for an indoor pool. Then I'm taking away two more stars because when we woke up there were ants all over one of our drinks... Which I've never experienced at a hotel before. And then there were ants all over the coffee cart area where the ice bucket was but nothing was over there. Even no drinks. No, nothing for them to be attracted to. So that was kind of gross. I will say the breakfast buffet selection was pretty great and I appreciated that they had oat milk for coffee. Also, the receptionist was really nice.

There’s a floor tile that is broken, only one outlet behind the bedside table to charge our phone, and the worse of it all, the bathroom door gets locked on its own and if the door closes, we cannot open it from the outside. We called to have someone open the door of fix it and we were told that we simply have to leave the door open. Very rude, told us all he can do is to leave a note so that they can fix the door. Basically, too bad for you. Do not book this hotel.
