Very clean, convenient location, good breakfast and great coffee!

It was excellent

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was tidy. Several parts of the hotel were rundown and need attention. The lock on my door had been reconfigured, there was mold around the caulking in the shower, the heating unit had a broken flap, there were no towels in the fitness center and no disinfected towels to clean the equipment.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel..

The room was clean and we hsd no problems with check in. All the staff has been friendly and professional.

The room needs some painting touchups with the wall, there was a funny smell in the room - but it was clean.

The rooms here are always very clean. And the front desk is very nice and friendly every time I am there since I am a frequent visitor

The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed or not well. Next to the bed frame has food crumbs and a nail.

The shower has mold in it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned I got in late so didn’t wanna make a fuss cause was tryna get to sleep bed sheets looked slept on and had holes… very different experience than Im used too at this hotel it was my go to hotel when Im in this area.

A little too expensive for what it is but that’s just how hotels are nowadays. However it was a very good experience the breakfast was excellent and it was quiet with a very nice room. A little pricey but a good option for sure for a night or two.

This hotel is one of my faves in the area because it is always clean, the breakfast is varied and the dinig area is welcoming. I feel safe staying here alone.

We needed a quick place to stay overnight The price was great and it was in a great location for us. The beds were comfortable. I have back issues and I slept well on those mattresses. My only issue is there was a considerable amount of dust in the room. Overall it was a great stay.

THE FIRST NIGHT WE HAD A ROOM ON GROUND LEVEL AND THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE DOG PEE AND CIGERETTE SMOKE.WHEN I ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM THEY DID GIVE US ONE ON 4TH FLOOR AND THAT ROOM WAS NICER BUT STILL OUTDATED FOR A HOLIDAY INN.

We arrived a it early for check in, but staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. Coffee barcselwct had good choices. Breakfast typical and good.

Lots of guys hanging out in parking lot beside the building smoking dope being loud etc run these people off or count me out. Lots of other choices in the area that don’t let this kind of behavior go on!

Breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom was dirty. The bathroom faucet was leaking, which resulted in several personal items getting wet. The comforter had holes in it. The iron and the ironing board cover were dirty.

Shower was dirty, fabric headboard had several cuts in it. Otherwise everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was good.

Where do I start. Ok, Staff was super nice at check in. It was me, my husband, and our 3 grandsons 9,9,13. We booked the 2 queen beds with a pulll out double sofa bed. We get to our room and it smelled so bad. Smoke, dirty carpet (carpet was moist) and there is a hole in the sofa. We pull out the sofa bed and the mattress was super thin, stained, and just gross. No sheets, blankets, or pillows in the room. I went to use the phone to call and request the linens, and the phone did not work. We then proceeded back to the front desk and retrieved some bedding, pillows, and extra towels, since there was only two towels in the room for five people. There was a decent bathroom with Dove products, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. There were no tissues, and my husband went down to the front desk and they said they were out. We proceeded to get our swimsuits on and head to the pool, which was indoor, and the overwhelming smell of chlorine and children screaming in an overpopulated area so, we only spent about 20 minutes there. We headed out for dinner, and there was a brewery nearby that had really good food and the boys got to eat, and we headed in for the night Overall this was a bust. We just wanted somewhere for our grandsons to have a relaxing evening swimming and enjoying time but, it didn’t go over so well. We woke up, had a pretty good breakfast and headed out to Michigan for the day, blueberry picking.

The property is beautiful. I loved the shower.

When I booked the room it said suite but was charged 210 a night for a regular room
