The covers was dirty. The towels was dirty. They never took the used towels, they just left them on the floor. It was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. I just closed the door at night.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good. The administrator could do a better job giving the freedom to the house keeping staff to replace soap products as needed. They could be more generous with towels.

One our room was dirty. So they had to move to a different room. They were given another room, upon entering found people already in the room. That was funny but, embarrassing to say the least

Friendly and safe!

We got a wheelchair accessible room. The room itself was nice but clearly something like oil was previously spilled and baby powder was obviously used to mop it up. The floor was black when I CLEANED IT UP MYSELF to the best of my ability. My partner could have DIED if he slipped and fell so I am not happy.

I liked the location , the breakfast choices daily and the staff was very friendly.

There were 2 screwdrivers in the smoke detectors which I thought was dangerous, and very disturbing to see sticking out of the ceiling. The hall light had a short and I did not know if it were due to the screwdrivers in the electric smoke detector. I believe if the fire department saw this they would have failed this hotel fire inspection. Please make sure to take care of this issue immediately because your hotel is very nice & clean (Looked upgraded) Therefore you do not need anything taking away from your pristine ratings. Also, I saw a couple of black or brown bugs and wasn't sure if they were roaches or something else. But please be sure to exterminate on a regular basis to eliminate that issue as well. Overall, I was comfortable and again the room was very clean. I would stay here again. Please take care of the other issues and you should be good otherwise. Thank you.

The breakfast was tasteless not much of a variety every morning for 3 days in the weekend the same thing switch it up

Better variety for breakfast the pancakes maker was always empty and staff slow to refill the bag

Checking in, they were great.

When you had a blackout, the first thing is reset everything. Meaning the TV channels was not reset. It started at channel 7 to 30. Half was sports. When you sent a maintenance man to check on the TV, send someone who knows what they are doing. Two please tell your guests not to run or jump on the floor. We was on the 2nd floor and whoever was above us, jump and ran all night. My room number was 223.

The entire hotel smelled the pool was super small. The rooms were disgusting and dirty. My toilet and my suite did not work and upon arrival it was filled with of feces me to complain. Have yet to hear from general manager

The staff was nice that’s was about it I stay here all the time when I come to town and this was the first time I was disappointed I will not be staying anymore imma find a different place to stay next time

It’s was dirty food in fridge and the lights was out on my last day and we couldn’t see or bathe

Breakfast was excellent and great selection, staff from check in, to folks working in hallways always would speak, We travel from Hammond 3 to 6 times a year, one night stays for Senior bus trips from Welcome Center across the street. Have always used the neighbor motel next door. Not Anymore !

Housekeeping doesn’t do a good job cleaning. When I checked in got to my room the tub was still dirty had hair in it from the previous people

I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned....We had to ask for clean towels everyday and had to go down and get them ourself,also had to ask for toliet paper. Paid a lot of money to stay a week and shouldn't have had to ask.

On my way to the property the staff called me and canceled my reservation. I was told that they had rooms the were being renovated.

The property would have been fine but my reservation was canceled.

The woman who help me at the dest saved our family trip we are forever grateful

I got a room in the 3rd floor facing the lake; it was very pleasant waking up every morning with such a nice view. The room was comfortable and everything looked new; breakfast was great and gym was also nice. Staff was great; everyone is friendly.

The only thing it did not look very good was the cleaning of the room; I saw some ants and the bottom bed sheet had blood stains.

I paid for a pool so when I go to a hotel I expect for the pool to be working and if it’s not working let the customer know that the pool is broken truly disappointed.

The location was somewhat convenient from the highway. The fight between guests outside the front of the hotel was interesting, but I could have definitely preferred getting some sleep instead.

When I was checking in, the front desk person on Thursday night 3/27 was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was checking in, like I interrupted her phone time. She did not greet me until I walked up and finally said hello to her. She was not polite. When we went to dinner, and she was sitting in the lobby couch playing with her phone 10 minutes after checking in. The next day, during breakfast, the lady who I assume fills the food was standing, watching some of the customers serve themselves, but then stepped right in front of me to wipe the outside of the serving lid of the second serving bowl. I stood there waiting for her to be done wiping. She gestured with her hand to go around her and said, "go!" Like to go around her and skip that pan since she was wiping it. So, I skipped it and went back to it after she rubbed the towel in front of the pan. It was a strange interaction, and I did not understand why she couldn't wait for me to serve myself from that pan and wipe after I was done. When I went up to my room after grabbing some breakfast, my key card did not work. The card was not by any other cards and was just in my pocket with nothing else in it. I called down to the front desk and told a different woman than the one from the night before that my card was not working, and she very rudely said, "well, I can't do anything about it unless you come down here." I did not understand why she already seemed upset with me. I asked, is there a reason it isn't working? I was worried that maybe I was wrong about the checkout time and that I was supposed to be out already since it was just after 10am. She responded, "I don't know! Sometimes they just demagnetize, do you want to come down here so I can fix it or not?!?!" I said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I was just asking a question." I did not want it to happen again so I wanted to see if there was anything I should know to prevent it.

The room was clean and spacious and the area was quiet.

Pool was closed, juice machine and pancake maker not working, no body wash in the shower and when we asked the staff said they didn’t have any. Staff were not friendly, didn’t smile much and didn’t greet each time we came or went. Front staff were in house sleepers and on their phones with personal calls several times while assisting us. Staff working breakfast did not smile or greet anyone and was rude when we asked for more items.

The property was very clean and in a convenient location. The staff did an amazing job accommodating me during my stay. Shawntale (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly) was amazing. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that worked the evening shift but he was very friendly and amazing as well.

Room temp was set on AC at 43 degrees. It was freezing when we arrived at 10:00pm.
