I won't stay here again

The convenient location

The place was not cleaned AT ALL, sheets were nasty and some towels had spots on them, pool area was FILTHY and freezing cold, no real hot breakfast served just sausage and eggs. They won't serve waffles on Sundays which is insane because thats a day you should end a weekend with nice breakfast.

I frequently stay here because usually peaceful and well stocked.

There was a very large party including children, they were so loud at all times of the night, they don’t have face towels available and someone had a dog that barked a lot the first day.

We always like our stays here and enjoy coming back!

The facilities are good and the staff were very pleasant and did really good jobs. The location is perfect for us and our family.

Our bedroom drapes opened to the patio, which I felt as if we had to keep the drapes closed for our privacy. I think quiet hours should be instilled because people were loudly visiting on the patio as we tried to go to sleep. It only lasted a few minutes before they left. It would be great if the pool closed at ten, if it was adults only from 9-10.

The cleanliness of the rooms.

Well my room didn't have everything in it we needed but we had two rooms and we were able to borrow from the other room.. our room didn't have an iron but the other did . . The other room didn't have any bed coving at all so I went and found a housekeeper and she gave me the things we needed to make the bed.

I was disappointed.

I liked that the suite offered a closed bedroom.

The air conditioner did not work properly and the staff wasn't kind or accommodating about it. The dryer didn't work, the tv remotes didn't have batteries in them and the "convenient store" by the front desk wasn't stocked with simple travel needs.

Comfortable and relaxing during a time of mourning.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean and a nice size, and breakfast was excellent every morning. Bonus, Cupid was and adorable addition. More hotels should help get animals adopted.

False Advertisement to show 6 people can sleep in a suite with 2 queen bed and a sofa bed ( which is not enough for even one person). Rooms are small. Beds are small too.
