I think everything was good

there were a lot of noises outside the room

Its a cool get*a*way spot! Just chill mode, nice pool, basketball court, new barbecue grill.... good breakfast in the morning! No complaints! Staff good people No bad attitudes! I appreciated that the most! My kids enjoyed everything, asking when we going back!

Well....🤔not much at all..... Maybe longer time for breakfast on the weekends PLEASE 🙏 🙏🙏 Come'on! At Least till 10am! Dang!

I liked the location. We liked that there were two separate rooms and bathrooms as I was traveling with my brother in law and I didn't want to keep him awake with my snoring. We liked the bigger than usual refrigerator, as we had frozen food to pack on ice and bring back home with us. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The air conditioning worked well, unlike those window type units in many hotels, this one didn't kick off and on all night and wake me up. Slept great. Bed was comfortable.

Really, my only complaints were that they need to update the tvs, the coffee pots, and the carpeting in the rooms. And while I don't mind people smoking pot, I know it's legal in Michigan, I would have been a little upset if I had a young child with me, and they had to see people just sitting on the staircase smoking a joint. There was one guy in particular that sat on the steps on the second floor (outside) smoking a joint in broad daylight. If he had been in the little smoking section, it wouldn't have bothered me at all, and honestly, it didn't bother me other than to think the person in particular was not raised right. Have some common decency. Additionally, the kitchenette had no plates, paper or otherwise. Would have been nice to have since we ordered a pizza, and had nothing to eat it on. The thing that really bothers me the most is the deposit. You already have our credit cards on file. If you discover damage in the room, contact the customer, let them know and then charge the card for the damage. Don't take $150 up front, and not even be able to tell me when I'll get that refunded. I offered to pay cash instead, and she said they don't allow that. I don't like this policy.

The location was good, breakfast buffet was good but you do get sick and tired of eatting the same food.

When you walk in the room has bad smell, the carpet was very dirty, you can see lots of stain. The sofa bed had stain as well and it was very uncomfortable. The main door wasn't locking correctly. There isn't any security camera on the hallway.
