Nothing the came into the room screaming and my children telling they had to get.. And charged my card .. I will be calling Corporate in the a.m my child recorded and we took pictures of how dirty and nasty the room was

Everything! It does not look like the pictures, super outdated! Our door was broken! We were locked in our room, deadbolt lock. The front desk had to come let us out. They had to take the entire lock pad off, leaving our room open to the public walking past for a long period of time. It was not convenient at all. Everything is at the front desk, but it's made like an apartment complex so you're better off having Everything you need on hand.

Smoked out rooms

Our room was smoked. My son has asthma and we could stay in the room because it became hard for him to breathe and there were no other room. The front desk lady said that other guest found bed bugs so there were no other rooms also because of construction and I didn’t receive my refund.

We were not told that the property was under construction. It was not previously on the website. The pool was closed. The property looks and is rundown. People live at the property like it’s an apartment complex. The trash was over run.

I wouldn't stay again.

While we weren't given enough sheets or towels, when I asked for enough for the 6 of us, they were delivered promptly. The breakfast was great, when it was served (three out of 4 days). That said, our last day (a Monday) we needed to leave at 8:00 a.m. There was no breakfast out at 7:30 (breakfast was supposed to be served from 6:30 to 9:00 a.m.). I had to ask at the front desk, and the young lady had no idea.

We had no forks, one wine glass, two spoons and two knives. Not enough sheets for the "sofa" bed (a bad joke, as it was just a big sag), and only towels for three people, and there were six of us. The carpet had holes in it, and bright green marks. I had called ahead and spoken to Diamond one day, and Patrick the day before we came, requesting a really good suite, extremely clean, and because we weren't coming in until 10:00 at night, I wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for three adults and three children.

It was an okay stay.

We loved breakfast, the area it’s located and a great value for a suite. The continental breakfast employees are amazing and on top of everything.

The downside was we did not get a balcony but we made sure on our reservation we would have one. Called down to the office with no answer. Also found sex restraints in the sofa couch from previous people. No bags in trash can. Just in general not very clean. Staff at check in just seemed irritated and not very friendly

there is no short sentence to sum up my stay it only takes one word EXCELLENCE!!

I loved staying here will stay here again! The staff was wonderful very courteous and friendly, and they weren't lazy. The property was clean and so were the rooms, had a problem with the icemaker in our room repoted it to John who was over maintenance if he wasn't he should be, but originally he asked me to give him thirty minutes and we were at breakfast by the time we got to our room which was about ten minutes after I had spook to John he was knocking on the door, and replaced the icemaker and we had ice. My grand babies loved the pool and the pool is just as beautiful as the pictures. Now for the breakfast, good and hot, sausage, eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes, juice, milk coffee, pastry, cereal hot and cold, boiled eggs, yogart, just fantastic!!

only one thing need new toilets they are to low!!! I'm 73 years old that was too low to the floor for me to plop down on!!
