I had booked three rooms. I was not told that in order for the other two rooms which was my son and a friend of ours had to have their ID upon checking in so the hotel would not allow my friend to check in. She had to get another room because she did not have her ID with her. She had written down to the hotel with me and because she wasn’t driving she hadn’t brought her ID had we have known she would have brought her ID so I would like my money refunded on the additional room that we had to pay for because they would not allow her to check in without an ID even though I had booked a room I had just put it in her name For ease of use. Please tell me how I can get a refund.

Staff of beautiful, talented women! Made us feel so welcomed and warm, honestly. The drinks and food were amazing. The lobby, dining area, courtyard and our room were fabulous. Accommodated our very late check in with no issue. No notes. We’ll be back!

14 year old son was chased through the property by 4 unknown assailants. They offered me $20 worth of “store credit” to buy snacks, for the “inconvenience.” Dirty towels were left in the bathroom from previous guests. Most of the staff were friendly enough.

Nice quiet area set back off the road- positive aspect. Negative aspect- the entire hotel smelled of smoke. I do not want to pay $200+ for smoking smell in a non-smoking hotel. GROSS!!!

Wasn’t told at check in that there was an additional 100 hold. Wasn’t worth 263.00 for the night. Got into the room snd we had stained sheets.

Stay was fine, fridge never got cold but I think that was due to it being an energy effecient model. We had a patio door which was securely locked but didn't use as there was no outside seating although it was November so probably wouldn't have sat outside as it was cold. House keeping did a great job.

Didn’t like that the restaurant bar was only open til 10pm. I picked it because of that. Our family gathering ended at 10:30. Wanted to stop in sfter but it was closed. Should be midnight for the bar on weekends!

Unfortunately the air conditioners are very loud, I asked to be switched to a different room and was given a room without a beautiful balcony overlooking the park which was unfortunate, overall the hotel needs updating these showers are very scratchy on the bottom of your feet and just in general things are loud

Dated property but high points for keeping what they had to work with clean. Coffee was not 24/7 as described at checkin. Had departure at 6am so went down to get coffee to help wake up. Waited u til5:45 before they brought out to lobby. No body lotion provided which was a bit of a bummer because my skin drys out in hotel air for some reason.

We arrived at 5pm and which is two hours after check-in. The rooms were not ready b/c cleaning staff was behind. It was a mess. Also very disappointing that the property does not recycle. Never staying again!
