The pool was nice, but covered in bugs.
Room service announces themselves so quietly you’ll think they are down the hall- open the door, realize you’re in there and run off leaving the door open on you to not get caught. The pillows are so lumpy from I assume washing, but balling up your packed clothes will be more comfortable to sleep on.

I loved the location
I was put in a "waterfront room" it had bathrobes and a balcony, which it had neither.... I was disappointed because these where both things I looked for. Although the room and veiw where beautiful.

Location, quiet, view, restaurant, staff, decor, parking was easy
The heater was noisy

We were able to check in 45 minutes early. The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains and sheers were great. Everything was very clean. All the staff were very helpful and kind. Location is convenient. Breakfast was really exceptional and great staff there, too. Love the hansgrohe shower and handshower. Love the little pantry store being open all hours. Great lighting in bathroom.
No shuttle to and from train station. Could use an under-sink cubby or drawer to keep the counter clear and easier to wipe down, or two more hooks. Even though we could see and hear the train from our room, it didn't bother us. No bathroom fans? Ceiling shows signs of moisture.

The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, Pikes Market and downtown. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and staffs were very friendly and helpful. Brenda was super friendly and helped us extend our stay when our flight got canceled.
Our room had a view to the waterfront, it was nice but it also looked out to all the other balconies since the hotel is in a U shape. I didn't mind it since no one went out to their balcony during our stay, but keep that in mind if you plan to stay here. The only other thing I have to complain about is their heating/cooling. We stayed during the month of November but we kept the room at 65 degrees, I dont know what it is but it sounds like when the AC is starting up, it makes a really loud noise from the furnace area in the corner of the room (like a diesel truck thats warming up) and it would stay like that until it turns off. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Our room was on the 8th floor and we had a nice 'partial' water view. The staff was friendly and there were a few nice perks for guests.

The staff Team is always nice and polite. The valet guys are great.
The bathroom sink was plugged. We used our hand to try and plunge it got it better. Called the seat they sent a guy up he put the sink plug back on and thought it was good but it wasn’t drained very slow something in it.

Leaving.
Rooms are small plain and expensive. 600.00 a night and not even a cup of coffee in the reception lobby. Cruise ship crowds. Restaurant understaffed and we waited an hour to not get dinner.

Location was perfect - right across from waterfront park and walkable to everything. Room also came with a balcony which was great and looked over the water!
Was pretty expensive

room is nice. You can walk across the street to the docks for a cruise. There is food available in walking distance. The staff was wonderful, especially Sana.
The air conditioner made a sound like a fog horn every time it came on all night. The room was overpriced for the size.

It was convenient to the port
Too many hidden fees that were not disclosed

Close to the pier where the cruise ship was docked.
Was not close to the Space Needle.

Room was small. Shower tiles broken. Shower door would not stay closed during shower. It slides open on its own. Shower did not drain. Loud rattle in ac unit all night.

Location, breakfast at the restaurant, the valet guys were SO quick, funny and kind
The room was small, no coffee in the room (which I believe is now industry standard considering the cost of the stay), it seemed short on staff available, the bar closes way too early on the weekend, the markup in the small market in the lobby is threefold (that's crazy), and when we checked out the breakfast (hours earlier) hadn't been added to the system so I was literally told to come back hours later - not ok for people visiting with a schedule to keep.

Service in restaurant was less than professional. Manager compt our dinner. Coffee shop was under staffed for morning rush.

The Room view was amazing. NO Complains. Location is perfect - everything of interest is 5 to 10 mins walk away.

Location, right across the street from Pier 66. It was extremely easy to catch our cruise with NCL.
The hotel was a bit outdated, not many amenities offered for the price charged.
Lack of cleanliness. We arrived in the morning hours because of our delayed flight.
Rushed to the restroom in the lobby and were shocked by the filthy experience. Toilets were unflushed, papers and liquid on the floor. It was not a pretty sight and smelled horrible. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel I guess.

Great view from our room. Great location. Nice staff. Cute touch of giving you a little ferry boat shaped box of chocolates on arrival.
The decks are all concrete and could use some sprucing up.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean.
The laundry service could be a little better. The facility should have washers and dryers that guests can use. The breakfast line for Hook and Plow is too long.

The fact that it was right across the street from cruise terminal 66 made it perfect for us

A lot of construction going on and no continental breakfast. With the price of the hotel free breakfast would be nice. other wise nothing to complain about

Convenient to Cruise ship
There was a huge smear of bird poop on the window. For the money I paid I expected better. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were crushed in the shower. There was no instruction on how to get coffee for the room although there was a coffee maker. When I got to the lobby there was a half cup of coffee left in the carafe and when I told the front desk she told me to go to the cafe. For almost $400 there wasn’t even a continental breakfast.

The view was amazing looking over the bay and the snow topped mountains in the background. And our suite was lovely, the master bedroom and balcony were delightful.
All the food was good, shame it was all at an extra charge and not an option to include it in the room fee. It was great to have free bottles of water in our room everyday.
For a junior suite sleeping up to five, we struggled with space with our three children 9, 12 and 15 having to share the sofa bed. Also only having one toilet was a struggle with five of us.
For a suite we had a very basic hot drink selection and it would be of benefit to have a few more choices, also China cups would also be nice.
Lastly, just be aware that either you will need to walk a lot from this location or spend a lot of money taxi’s as there is no local transport.
On our last morning, luckily, the hotel got extremely busy due to it being a cruise terminal and the cruise guests were in the hotel for their first night. Luckily it didn’t spoil our trip as it was the last day but it certainly added extra pressure on the amenities, it also completely spoilt the view from our suite as all we could see was cruise liner.
