This is not a budget hotel - compromises were unacceptable. Unlikly to return to this location.

Staff was friendly and polite. Location is a given.

The room was not cleaned daily. Out of shower gel for several days. I was unable to use any of the food credits at the hotel. Restaurant downstairs closed for duration of stay and Fogg Room closed each night for private parties. Food was not available/accessible - as expected. Valet failed to greet and open doors on arrival.

Great location down town

The room was very comfortable and super clean. Location was very close to everything down town and walkable.

We had booked a king sized bed. When we arrived a bit before check in, we were told no kings were available yet and they would call us. They called when the room was ready, but it was 2 Queens. Most staff was exceptionally pleasant , with the exception of one.

Enjoyed my stay, but for the price I will stay somewhere else next time.

Hotel was very nice. Large, comfortable rooms. The restaurant here was delicious. Friendly front desk agents. Great at giving directions. The Fog Room is a must visit for a drink and a spectacular view!

No real ice machine. Ice comes in little plastic bags which melt very quickly due to no freezer in little fridge in room. Just my liking, but I wish they had a good dessert menu.

The location is great, staff was helpful, room had plenty of space for 3 people. Bathroom was large. Water pressure was good. Lots of outlets and USB ports. Sort of a separate toilet area. Hallway was quiet. Staff was always helpful.

The sheets didn't stay tucked in and the comforter was just covered with a sheet. Our windows were facing a parking garage, which made the room dark and a lack of any kind of view. The fridge wasn't cold enough to keep food. Brunch was OK. Not good for the price. Food was cold and not quite to order.

the room was large and comfortable. the hotel was very clean. It was well centerally located within walking distance to other things. We came in from the airport , took a train to the city , walked the rest of the way to the hotel.

We ended paying more than the final price quoted as we checked in early . was never told that there was a charge to check in early , even when we checked in.. They never said we would be charged . We were cruising the next day and for the price of the room I feel the hotel should of offered some type of transportation to the pier, I would say many guest that weekend had booked a cruise. and to walk that mile to the pier or have to arrange more transport should not have happened for the price of that room. A 25.00 voucher for drink or food was a joke . Went down for a glass of wine and it took the whole voucher.. very pricey with nothing to offer and I feel the price we paid was the price only when cruise ships are in port.

Great city hotel, modern with a nearly perfect location walkable and close to public transit option

Resort fee/City tax is with 25 USD despite the voucher pretty high, the steam room didnt work and unfortunately this was one reason why we booked the hotel (after a half-marathon)

We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, and the clerk greeted us with the news that our room was the last one available. He was likely tired too, but it did feel like he was telling us to "Take it or leave it."

Great location, nice rooms and facilities and great roof top views

The roof top bar (Fog Bar) offers comforable seating inside and out, with spectacular night views of the city. The bar snacks are good value and we had excellent service on two separate visits. The rooms are a good size (we booked a deluxe king, with citiy view), great bathroom and in room facilities: robe, slippers, coffee machine etc.

Reception staff were a bit hit and miss - most were friendly and acknowledged you as you came and went, others you were invisible to.

Everyone was great. Location, the suite we got. Amenities was good.

Valet needs some attention. Although it’s ran through another company, when we checked out our car took 45 minutes. For sure they need a better system or more than 2 people working valet. We got in 9am and it was fine going in and out. Leaving 2p was hectic again and so was the afternoon. Night was okay.

Fridge in room did not work, in fact it made items warmer than being left out in the room. This is not acceptable. Also the fridge said it was a chiller or cooler and to not place food in it, this is totally unacceptable, I have never heard about that in my life even from super 8! Your refrigerators should be able to be cold like anywhere else including homes, shame on you.

I really liked that it was close to almost everything we wanted to see in the city.

I didn't like the extra resort cost, I didn't use it or the credit they give on the little restaurant cards. I also wish Hilton would improve their pillows. They go flat so quickly.

Good location, good room but hotel overall lack finessse.

- Location was good. - Gym was good. - Room had plenty of space and nice views of the city. - Vouchers to spend in the roof top bar were great.

- Smell coming out of restaurant was unpleasant. It came up to the room (we were on the 8th floor) - No breakfast option provided because there is not 24h room service (we had an early flight and we had already paid for breakfast and there were not option available) - Breakfast options could be improved.

Even though I was confirmed and paid ahead and got a letter from booking on behalf of the charter hotel when I arrived, there was no record of my reservation with the hotel. This has happened with booking.com multiple times recently and it’s very aggravating.

The view was facing the parkade, which was a let down and kind of depressing. The room itself was lovely if it didn't have that view of the parkade. I think it should be cheaper rate for that view. In addition to that, I heard the noise from neighbouring rooms quite easily.
