They seemed a little understaffed with valet, front desk, and the restaurant.

Right near the market and we could walk almost everywhere but the zoo.
Paid for the breakfast, but got a voucher which was not enough to provide breakfast. So never used it.

Near restaurants, shopping area, Pike Market.
Our room, 2 queen size bed room is facing the car park, an eye sore.

The hotel inside is very clean and beautiful.
I don’t like that they don’t have a self parking area. The parking garage next door charges an arm and a leg for parking and the only way to get parking through the hotel is to pay for valet parking.
