Location, view, staff was amazing, very quick valet, restaurants in the same building, room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
I wish the hot water in the shower was hot. It only got a little warm despite being turned on all the way.

Great location near to Pike Place Market, very clean room and comfortable bed. Great to be able to bring pets with no charge.
The Tv has very limited channels and there is no way to blue tooth movies. The restaurant was out of a lot of breakfast food and not much other choices.

Could have used a map of the premises- finding the ice machine was a bit of an adventure.

The tv reception was not so good….we like to watch Forensic Files…weak reception… :(

It was a perfect location in down town Seattle. We were seeing a concert at the Moore Theater just across the street. There is a popular comfortable bar in the building and an excellent restaurant!

Situated central enough, walking distance from Pike Place Market, and the Harbour as well as shops in the city. The bar in the hotel is a charming spot to relax in the evening good bar menu and friendly staff
Construction around the corner which was noisy from about 4am

Easy to reach. Nice hotel located in the city center - walking distance to most Seattle attractions. Vallet parking. Nice drink on site.
Some of the staff a bit cheeky. Insights quite dark. Despite 4 people, only 2 breakfasts were included in the price which I am not sure if I missed or was misleading. We stayed 2 nights leaving very early on the second day before the kitchen opened, and the staff agreed to aggregate all breakfast in one (first) day - after the discussion.

Position, they do a glass of wine in the foyer between 5 and 6.
No coffee in the room.
Over complicated breakfast ..,you get a $30 voucher each , but they immediately deduct $5 each for service gratuity…you haven’t even made it into breakfast yet !!!!
Then the choices result in you bargaining with the waiter “can I give up my eggs to have toast” -you don’t get toast with any eggs as you’d normally expect, orange juice is a whole other ball game and there’s no cereals.
Just do a buffet like nearly all other hotels.
Parking is also expensive, there’s a cheaper car park half a block down.

We liked the room, large, clean and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good. Location was perfect. Easy to walk to all main attractions plus the monorail.
All good

We stayed at the Kimpton Palladian because it was walking distance to the ferry we were taking early in the morning. It was also walking distance from the airport light rail. The staff were friendly. As at Kimptons, there was wine at 5 pm and coffee service in the lobby in the morning, both of which were very good. There is an outstanding seafoood restaurant, the Shake and Spear, and a reasonable bar in the hotel.
Since the pandemic, I find this part of Seattle fairly deserted at night. It is not in the "hustle and bussle" of downtown that would include close by restaurants and shops.

It was a clean room.
Bathroom door was essentially a curtain. Privacy within the bathroom would be nice, including a fan for ventilation/noise.

The bed was great - very comfortable. The location was also convenient, close to the farmers market.
I reserved two rooms, each with two queen beds, but upon check-in, I was told there was only one room under my name. The initial front desk staff member wasn’t very helpful and seemed a bit dismissive. Fortunately, another staff member was able to locate both reservations. However, one of the rooms only had one queen bed instead of two. After a long day of travel and heavy traffic, we were too tired to follow up further. Overall, the check-in process was confusing and disappointing. It would also be helpful if staff wore name tags for better communication.

the bartender was nice and funny
stains in front of the toilet. There were not any chairs in the room. Did not specify about being LGPQ

Room was very small for the price. Not a good value. Didn't appreciate the fact that animals are likely more welcome than me and my family at this location. It was touted after we arrived to bring whatever pet and ever how many you want. Not much worry about people with pet allergies. Decor and lighting very dark - somewhat depressing. Front desk staff (male at the time of my check in) was not engaging at all. Never made eye contact. Valet attendant never looked up from his phone when we came into check in.

We had a king suite and it worked out well for my husband, son and I. The decor was great and it was pretty roomy for 3 people.
Pillows were feather -- but got too flat.

Amazing breakfast, good location, old school charm.
Had extra bed in room for our kid. Asked several times for appropriate sheets and bedding. Got a blanket and a duvet but no sheets. Next day still no sheets.

It had a really cool vibe, the staff was super friendly! The tub was a little small but my lady and I fit in it perfectly and had many a laugh trying to kiss one another while being on opposite sides. It was extremely walkable to everything you wanna see and doing Seattle! Would absolutely go back!
Can’t say anything bad really, other than the doors locked at 11pm and trying to figure out where to scan my card at that hour under the influence was a challenge the first time lol.

Good location which was walking distance to many central Seattle sites. A relatively small hotel which felt more personal. Front desk very helpful. Room has a menu of items which can be supplied - from kettles to toothpaste. We were in a queen room on 9th floor.
The bedrooms are bright, modern and airy but the entrance hall of the hotel is a bit dark and old fashioned. Not the best first impression (but don’t be put off!)

Overall it was an enjoyable stay in this hotel, the staff were super it was clean and complimentary wine from 5pm to 6pm which was actually very nice. Breakfast cooked fresh on a daily basis and was very well presented. The day of leaving the Hotels main manager came round each table asking if all was good and even came out into the foyer to wish us a safe journey home.
Nothing it truly was pleasant and location was Great too.

Aesthetics. Size of the room. Quality of most things. The spa bathroom was amazing. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and super helpful.
Minor things such as low-quality toilet paper & hand soap. The tub was amazing except the safety drain is so low on the side that one cannot be fully submerged in the tub.

Walking distances from Pike Market. I enjoyed breakfast
The room wasn't worth the money. It was outdated. No microwave or refrigerator. No view and someone kept opening my window after I closed it. Room was paid in full but mgmt kept charging my card. It had to be corrected three times.

Honestly, I had a poor experience. I paid upfront and was under the impression that all fees and costs were included when I paid. This was further supported when I checked out and was told “perfect, looks like you will just be charged for parking” yet when I got my bill emailed to me, I was charged parking and an amenity fee. I called to ask what the amenity fee was and the employee just sounded annoyed that I was asking. I was also disappointed with the room for a 4 star hotel. I thought I was splurging to stay somewhere nice and the room was very simple (had 2 beds, a bedside table and a closet), the toilet ran all night and the shower ran cold the whole time we tried to shower. It wasn’t a big deal and I am not usually one to complain but the sum of all of these parts led to a disappointing stay.

We liked how convenient it was to pikes place! The hotel was super clean and quiet. The staff was amazing
The homeless population right outside the hotel was skittle overwhelming - but to be expected in Seattle. The water offered in the hotel room was pretty steep for price. Hotel room was pretty tiny for the price paid.

Location is great
Facility was old and dated. Kind of ghetto. Too expensive for the quality.

Great location for sightseeing in Seattle. Comfortable bed. Cool, quirky decor. Friendly staff.
Some room fixtures a bit shabby: finishes chipping; usb ports next to bed didn’t work. No coffee maker in the room. Bathroom could have used better placed towel hooks.
9.0 / 10.0
Up to the usual Kimpton standard of charm, character, and comfort, it made our two night stay enjoyable. Curb service with bags and valet parking were very helpful. The bar was a good place to relax at the end of a long day, and the bartender gave us good advice on dining. Pikes Market and many good restaurants are a short walk away.
Room layout was a bit odd, with a corridor bending around the bathroom leading into the room proper, but that's hardly a problem. It does reduce the usable floor space, however. Lack of power outlets easily accessible at the nightstand makes it awkward to charge your phone overnight.

The bar and bar staff were friendly and welcoming.
Rooms were small and poorly equipped. Paying for location and not much else. Restaurant is overpriced for quality.
