Great location, comfortable clean room and helpful, kind staff.
Emailing the parking QR code and parking garage address ahead of time once the room is booked would be helpful. There wasn't any parking outside of the hotel to quickly scan it before parking.

Great location. Convenient food and shopping choices. Right across the way from Public Market.
Parking was not as convenient as expected, construction in the area. Room location was at end of hall, near exit/stairwell. Very loud the entire night with outside noise.

Awesome location, but only if you like to be in the thick of it. This is right next to Pike Market and it can be busy. Normal city sounds over night.
The room does not have much in the way of lights, even though it is modern. The bathroom vanity, especially needs brighter lights. That is really the only negative, other than noise if you're a light sleeper.

Amazing location, great staff, love the decor, loved the library
Everything was great - a bit of street noise, but to be expected in a busy downtown.

The room has a wonderful view of the market and waterfront, the rooms vibe was amazing and it felt really comfortable.
the bed was uncomfortable and springy (you could feel every movement of the other person)

Breakfast is not included and requires an extra charge; pricing differs according to the specific item. The property boasts an excellent location, offering high convenience due to its close proximity to Pike Place Market and the Westlake light rail station.
Everything is fine enough for me.

I had an excellent stay at Palihotel Seattle. The atmosphere is stylish yet cozy, with thoughtful design details that make the space feel both modern and inviting. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Pike Place Market and close to great shops, cafés, and the waterfront. The staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise with delicious food and a laid-back vibe that fit the boutique feel of the hotel perfectly. Overall, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to extend your stay just to soak up the charm a little longer.

The location was amazing, right by the Pike Place Market, the surrounding streets had great restaurants, coffee shops and unique stores.
We were given two free drinks vouchers for the lovely little place joined to the hotel which was a nice touch. The room was decorated really well and was clean and cozy.
The lighting in the room was very dim so it was a bit tricky to put on makeup. The room was also very small, which is fine as the price was low, but it was a little tricky with two people trying to pass eachother to pack up our bags and reach the bathroom.

Location is brilliant for waterfront and Pike Place Market, and not really too noisy at night either.
Staff are super friendly and helpful with anyting you need. Parking is narby that they can sort for you at a special rate - so defo ask them on arrival.
Rooms are really quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage (we were at the end of a 3 week holiday) the room is filled with that! Also have to climb up from the bottom of the bed to reach your "side" if its by the wall!
You get a token for a welcome drink on arrival - but we didnt know the bar closed at 9, so by the time we had sortedthe room / cases we missed that! So if youre only staying for 1 night, enjoy that first before sorting cases!

The room was clean.
The room was very noise. Garbage trucks, homeless person groaning in alley for over an hour one early morning, street traffic throughout the night, noisey neighbors in nearby rooms were a few of my big grievances. Single pane window glass was inadequate to keep out environmental noise which was plentiful. I requested a wake up call the morning of departure which never happened. Had my flight not be delayed I would have missed my flight. The staff did give me a 20 % discount which was nice but I would have much preferred 5 decent nights of good sleep rather than a financial discount. I am sorely disappointed with my selection which I made as the hotel was close to Pike's Market. This facility is way overpriced for what one gets for their money. I would not return again nor recommend it to others.

It was clean and I liked the location.
The room was stuffy at night because the AC would not drop the temperature below 68. While this has become quite common in hotels, it’s just not acceptable.

Terrific location. Beautifully styled. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The restaurant is great.
Our room was on a very busy and loud street, but we managed to get a good nights sleep

The hotel is ideally located to the Pike Market. A 2 block walk from the rail station. Clean and easy access to the water front. If you want to walk the Space Needle is just over a mile away. Staff were friendly and informative. There is a bar and a restaurant (I didn’t use them) There is a mini bar in the room as well as a collection of snacks. (Chargeable)
I was on the 4th floor close to an alleyway. I was woken one morning at 4:15 with a commercial vehicle noice in the alleyway. This happened further couple of times the same morning. 5:30 6:25. There are no direct USB connections in the room. You will need a plug for your device. I found the WiFi slow and sometimes lost the connection for a few moments. One thing I did notice the room had 2 bottles of water and if you wanted me it would cost $13 dollars. There was a broken bedside light.
I did mention at check out about the noice and go a reduction in the rate I paid.

I loved everything about this property from the color of the walls, the comfortable bed, and the wonderful location, and the delicious restaurant connected to it! The front desk was kind and efficient!

Location.
The room is shockingly small, with no storage space at all. Every horizontal surface if filled with expensive mini bar items. The room has a mini fridge but there is no room in it to place your own items as it is full of drinks for sale. The bathroom just has one little shelf for storage over the sink. It was really frustrating. We had to move all of the mini bar items on to the floor in order to set out our toiletries. You only get two pods of coffee for your stay with the coffee facilities shoved way back into the corner window sill to make more room for mini bar items. We got absolutely nothing for our $350 a night except one cup of coffee each and a great location. Next time we will get a larger room further back from the shore and walk an extra two blocks.

Location
Cleanliness, ex carpet in room stained , dirty looking. Also staff less than friendly.

Location is fabulous - just 2 blocks from the Public Market
Lighting in the room as terrible - too many low volt LED lights & strange switches made for a dim evening. Had to unplug the bedside lamps to make them turn off. Downtown Seattle is plagued with drugs which made venturing outside after about 7:30 pm and before 8 am really scarey.

The location of the property was good.
Hotel was a bit rundown as were the rooms. The food offered in the hotel was pretty bad.
10.0 / 10.0
Fabulous location, and our 4th floor double aspect corner room looked onto Pike Market and Pine Street, so not missing out on the lively atmosphere when chilling in the room. We did not use the restaurant but it must be good as it was always busy, also it was well styled. Very friendly and helpful staff.
As long as you’re not expecting the Fairmont there’s nothing not to like about this trendy hotel.

Large room, full size couch, comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom. Restaurants in the lobby was very good. Staff were very friendly.
The location is close to the Pike Place Market and harbor area, but not many nice restaurants nearby, shops were all touristy souvenir stuff. Lots of homeless people appeared to be living on the streets nearby.
6.0 / 10.0
It's in a great location for seeing the main tourtist sights. The bathrooms are also very nice.
Other reviews are right about the noise at night and the small sizes of the rooms. Cleanliness was fine but could be more thorough. The elevator up to rooms should be controlled by room keys for better security, I didn't like that anyone in the lobby with the restaurant could access the room corridors if they wanted to.

Almost everything! Location, close to main attractions, lounge area, style, decor, comfortable beds, clean and quite well maintained.
Windows not insulated - street noise was quite loud. A little challenging to lock the sliding bathroom door.

Great location for walking & the rooms are adorable! The Heart & The Hunter restaurant downstairs has great coffee, delicious food & friendly service (even though there were only two waiters on staff & it was busy).
I travel often for work & I rarely leave negative comments, but I was disappointed with my stay here because of the hotel staff. The check-in clerk with smeared lipstick seemed high. She made me wait a long time to check in because she was talking to two male guests like they were hanging out on a Friday night. Parking to load in & out is also an issue. All of the spots around the hotel were taken & I had to pay $30 just to unload then repay for a spot in a garage down the street that is affiliated with the hotel. I asked for a break on parking because I had to check in before I could get a parking pass (which is why I paid for parking twice) & got an attitude.

Noisy, only one elevator, poor bar opening hours, reception staff pretty unhelpful

The location and interior.
Our 3 person room was only prepared for one person. During our 3 night stay we had to ask for everything. From fresh towels to tissues, toiletries to coffee. No taking care of the room at all. All the asking makes you feel unpleasant and it doesn’t match the price.

Hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area of Seattle. This boutique hotel brings you back to early last century. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean. Altough the hotel doesn't provide parking spaces, but the parking is conveniently located within walking distance.
The double bunker bed is a good idea to save spaces, but I bumped my head numerous times sleeping in the lower bunk.

Location and beautifully decorated
Other than the gentleman who checked us in on the evening of July 3rd and the other young man who checked us out on the morning of July 6th the staff was completely overwhelmed and uncomfortable with their job, missing completely at times or incompetent. Our toilet did not function properly and we asked for help each day and they said they fixed it but each night when we’d return we would see it filled with unflushed paper - we had to use the bathroom in the room next door, which was luckily part of our party.

Location! Decor, staff, room
A fair amount of noise in the city overnight which didn’t bother me but my husband found it hard to sleep. And the parking situation was a mess. The city lot was a bit of a hike and the elevator didn’t work! Expensive!
