Amazing location
People need to know what they’re getting. It’s a great price. But it’s an older apartment building now run as a Wyndham property. No daily turn down service. No room service. One staff person available 24 hours.

Location was excellent for a day at the market and a concert at WAMU theatre. Apartment was spacious and kitchen sufficient for making a simple dinner.
Noisy streets all night; consider adding earplugs as an amenity.

The location is perfect for our family visits, being so close to Pike Place Market, next door to H Mart and Victrola Coffee. We love that it has a kitchen for making breakfast and cocoa for our grandkids. It is a secure building, with good, cheerful coverage at the front desk, with quick service when needed. We are fine with no changing of sheets or towels for just a 2-night stay. I love being able to open windows for fresh air. The view of the harbor was very nice.
Dirty exterior windows really cut down the joy of the view. The musty-smelling shower curtain and not-well-mopped floor made the bathroom less than fabulous. Having no kitchen towels made doing dishes awkward (we did get one upon request). The broken lid on the waste-basket was a constant irritation. Having flat sheets instead of fitted lower sheets turned the bed into a sheet jungle after just two nights. The creaking front door and bathroom door made the vibe a little sinister. The non-functioning clothes washing machine (and the moldy sheet inside it, apologizing for its non-functioning) should be removed from the room. Maybe replace it with a dishwasher?

It had all been upgraded. The kitchenette was a bonus for leftovers and beverages. It was close to a lot of Seattle wonders!!
The only thing was the smell of weed in the hallway and elevator. Ugh!

Friendly staff, nice room, great location
No staircase. Lift was the only option. Just a personal preference.

Easy light rail ride from the airport, just a few block from the station. No Breakfast, but many great pastry and coffee shops close. Very close to Pike Place Market area and the waterfront. Went to a concert at the Moore Theatre, a short walk. With our short visit, we didn't need a car at all.
It is a loud area, but fully expected.

Great location clean facilities and large spaces. In the room provided everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Walk 2 blocks to Pike place market and so many restaurants around.

The location is very convenient as it’s close to many tourist attractions and public transportation stations. The bed was also very soft and comfortable.
The couch smelled like dog. The elevator smelled like dog. My floor’s hallway smelled of sewage and human feces for 2 days out of my 3 day stay.
I booked the courtyard view and the occupants of the other building can see into your space since the shade doesn’t seal around the perimeter of the window. A woman was staring directly into the bedroom.
You have a code that you must enter into the main door, the elevator, and your actual room door. This is great for security but it can be an inconvenience when you’re in a rush or carrying items.

The apartment is the perfect size and location is central to everything with the train station and bus stop in very close proximity. It was lovely that it’s right by Pike Place Market.

Location was great
Coffee maker was horrible.
4.0 / 10.0
Pros: Kind staff, great location, adequately equipped kitchen.
I felt like everything about this property was cheap and downright unsafe. From the toilet seat to the cutlery to the luggage rack to the couch....everything seemed like it had been bought at the Bargain Basement or dollar store. Warning that rooms facing the street are not well insulated from traffic noise or weather. Elevator is from the 1940's, "has a mind of its own", and fits two people at a time. Also, I question the safety of the fire evacuation plan of the interior rooms. I would not stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

Location was great and the staff was great and were very accommodating.
Cleanliness wasn’t quite to my preference. Dusty and hair found on furniture. They came to vacuum the furniture so we could actually sit on it comfortably enough. Did not realize it was a pet friendly location. I could also smell lingering odor of pets. Made me question the cleanliness of floors. Bathroom was clean enough but there was a lingering odor of urine behind air freshener oils.

fair price in a good location, nice to have a kitchen and separate bedroom
lack of a comfortable couch Long key code to operate keypads that were hard to read
9.0 / 10.0
Great location. Rooms were well equipped and clean. I liked that they would look after our suitcases for a few hours before we checked in.
Key pads for the room and lift were hard to read. Noise from the road outside, but this is really due to the great central location. We used the air con which was loud enough to block out some of the outside noise.

Location fantastic. Views were great. All the equipment needed in kitchen and bathroom. Loads of storage. nice touch of coffee and tea, laundry detergent for washer dryer, sachets of oil for cooking.
Recommendations for local cafe, restaurants or bag storage facilities. Lift was a bit slow but got used to it. Also handle fell off the bedroom door on the last evening. Housekeeping came in on last day before we had even checked out.

Reception area is surprisingly small, the attendants have blue hair and the atmosphere is of a youth hostel, minimum interaction. The hotel location is the main selling point. The hotel building is very old but renovated.
Although hotel location is great, there are lots of drug dealers and several drug users (the zombies) just outside the hotel door. I witnessed very unpleasant incidents.

The location
The staff was rude. The room was dirty and they had no pillows case on the pillows. There was hair all over the bathroom sink, the floor was dirty and it smelled like pee. The manager came up and was telling us that we shouldn’t have come up without checking in, even after the lady in the lobby walked us up to our room. And told us that the room was ready and all she needed to get was pillow cases. I then asked her if she wanted us to go down she said no to wait in the room. That’s when the manager came and started to make us feel as if we just willingly Nelly doing what we wanted. I told her yes we have contact list check-in however I still decided to check in the lobby. The lady in the lobby was the one that brought us up. I then pointed out that the room was dirty and she said the room was ready for us to stay in and all she needed to get was the pillowcases like the other lady had told us the room was not clean. It was dirty, but at that point, I was just tired and I wanted to get some rest.

Close to Pike Place Market
-front desk person, Emma, let us check in early (about an hour and a half) for free
- Our room appeared clean, but the skirting around the apartment was very “furry”. The furniture looked like it had seen better days.
- This was the nosiest room we ever stayed in. It is on the corner of one of the entrances to the Pikes Place Market and so there were a lot of tourists. Cars had to stop at the light right in front of our room. Even with windows shut- it was noisy.
- We heard fights, drunk people laughing, street racing, and very loud music from cars idling at the light.
- We smelled marijuana all night wafting up to our room
- The lobby and elevator are minuscule
- We told the front desk that the washer dryer room on the 2nd floor had very old dirty rags in the access sink. She said it would be taken care of. 2 days later they were still there.
- We had a washer dryer in our room, but it was out of order. We used the pay washer and dryer. The garbage basket was overflowing with lint and garbage.
- Freezer didn’t freeze, even on highest option.
-When we checked out, I was waiting for my husband to go get our car 3 blocks away (no hotel parking). The two clerks behind the desk spoke of sex, boyfriends, co-workers and managers loud enough so I could hear. Also one swore. I am not a prude, but customer service is customer service. You could tell the didn’t care.

The location was great. The apartment was plenty big and fairly comfortable. The staff was nice.
The apartment was oddly organized: dresser in the closet so you couldn't hang clothes, very little room to walk around the bed during to the closet door. All in all it was fine, but the space could have been better managed.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The rooms are clean, large and well-equipped. I managed to book one night last minute and I would've loved to stay longer but they were fully booked some of the days I needed. Would definitely book next time I'm in Seattle.
The street facing rooms are a big noisy from traffic and the aircon was quite loud.
4.0 / 10.0
The location near Pike Place Market is very convenient. That is really the only aspect of this hotel that we really liked. The hotel staff were quite helpful, but seemed somewhat morose, perhaps because they have to work in such cramped quarters.
There is no lobby to speak of in this hotel, which seems like an old retrofitted commercial building. The elevator moves at a snail's pace. The room quality is far below what we would have expected from a Wyndham property. There was a room air conditioner, but the vent pipe was falling out of the window/wall. The sliding door for the main closet was off the track and missing half of the door panel. And there was a stale, musty, unpleasant odor pervading the room. We would suggest that booking.com remove this listing from its Seattle hotel offerings.

The location was perfect! It was easy access and the staff was great. Very clean, quiet (given it’s a block away from Pike’s Market), and perfect for an overnight stay.
Having to find and pay $45 for parking sucked, but that’s Seattle for ya.
7.0 / 10.0
The rooms themselves are very modern and clean, with great facilities available within.
The location of the property is very convenient to downtown too with the market a 2 min walk away.
It was a challenge requesting a late checkout as their system doesn’t let you request one until 8am the morning of.
The staff will also tell you about ghosts in the hotel (albeit with conflicting stories), so if you don’t like the idea of ghosts and ghouls, I’d advise against speaking too much with staff about the building’s history!
7.0 / 10.0
The location was nice. There was an H Mart not 100 feet from the entrance and a Target a couple of blocks away, plus Pike Place Market. The room was well laid out for the small space and the area felt safe.
I paid for the early (4 hours early) check in. As it turned out, there was a software issue with the room door lock, so none of the several codes given to me worked for the room, the elevator or the outside door. I had to spend 2 hours trying to initially get into my room and 2 hours the next morning waiting for the lock to be fixed. The hotel refunded my early check-in payment in full for the inconvenience.
Every clock in the room was set to a different time and none of them were correct. Thus, if not wearing a watch or have your phone handy, you didn't know what time it was, which was a detriment as I needed to keep appointments. Also, the floor needs a deep cleaning. While it looked fine, just half an hour wearing only socks, the bottom of my feet were almost black with dirt. The AC unit, taking up a side of the bed could be annoying, but was a necessary evil for mid-June. If I had been travelling with a companion, it would have been more of a hassle.
3.0 / 10.0
Close to Pike Place Market location.
Run down hotel that felt more like dated student accommodation.
No value for money.
Access is cumbersome, tight and slow when more than a couple of people arrive.
Staff grumpy at check in.
Elevator is old, slow, and was not working for much of the period of our stay.
Fire exit alternative access route was filthy.
Location: Many fentanyl victims / addicts outside in the evening and in the earlier mornings. Sad.

Super central location to everything we wanted to see. The room had everything in it we needed .
The couch was a little small so you couldn’t lie down. The room was very noisy from outside street sounds and the blinds didn’t really block out the lights outside. I would have loved a tv in the bedroom so I could have lay down. The unit was pretty clean except some of the skirting boards needed wiping down and the window sills too. Outside windows needed a clean so you could see outside. Also there was no warning but you can’t use a microwave and the washing machine at the same time. Caused a fuse to blow. It was fixed very quickly though. Also for a 3 nights stay the unit wasn’t cleaned or towels/ coffee replaced or bins emptied.

Location was great
Barely any lobby at all - one tiny elevator - building is extremely old and while it’s been renovated it wasn’t done quality.
