This is now my favorite hotel - will be booking another stay soon!

Beautiful room! Had the opportunity to try a Nespresso machine - I will be purchasing one! Took pictures of the shower stall to consider for my home remodel. The staff was absolutely wonderful! We really enjoyed our Sunday breakfast via room service. Requested time between 9:30 and 10:00 - it arrived at 9:32! Very yummy - well worth the cost!

The Inn was just what we needed in order to explore Seattle.

The location is excellent for exploring the city; the staff are helpful; the room was a good size and a good breakfast was available at a restaurant literally ten yards from the east door of the hotel (on the third floor).

It is a pity that the hotel does not have a restaurant of its own. However, several good restaurants are located within 300 yards or so of the hotel.

Lovely, restful night in the heart of everything!

The location was perfection - right at the Pike Place Market. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff, from the front desk to the bell staff, was all great - very accommodating and nice.

For the price, and the price of local food and size of portions, it would have been nice to have a microwave and fridge to bring back leftovers, but I cannot think of another thing I didn't like. It was lovely!

Not perfect, but certainly the nicest hotel within a stone’s throw of Pike Market.

Perfect location, room layout as described with nice furnishings and seating areas, great terrace, overall very nice.

Construction caused elevator delays and inconvenience (should have been disclosed / communicated in advance of our arrival), hotel authorized additional $75/night for incidentals on credit card which is fine, but was not explained or disclosed up-front creating confusion, mattress overly soft but some may like it. Terrible pillows.

Never Trust Inn at the Market management

The hotel manager made a commitment to cover all of our Uber rides and has not fulfilled that promise. The hotel was closed due to maintenance issues and they moved us to a hotel far away from the Public Market area. We were guaranteed that the hotel would cover the bill for these trips because the hotel had us moved our reservation. We would not have used the Uber if it were not for Ella's assurance that Inn at the Market would cover the cost. Ella's dishonesty caused us to incur an additional cost to our vacation. Now we are left to pay the bill. We provided all the documentation as required and it shows these Uber rides were only from the new location to the Inn at the Market as discussed with Ella. We did not receive reimbursement or any explanation.

this is a fantastic hotel in an amazing location at a price that can't be beat!

you can tell this hotel isn't brand new, but do not let that fool you. it is sparkling clean and incredibly comfy (I have allergies and have a hard time relaxing in places that aren't clean) wonderful location. so many tasty restaurants near by, a market to buy essentials, and there's a little fridge in the room where you can store leftovers or cream for coffee. it is tucked away on a cute side street and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. i came for a one night errand and i hope to come back again soon!!

possibly the curtains need updating (they're not dirty, just kind of blah / dated) and the wall in room 603 could maybe use 1 more muted painting. overall though really can't complain!!

Called ahead to ask about early check in and the gentleman that answered the phone was slightly abrupt in providing information. The hotel also did not respond to any of my booking.com messages. in person customer service was much better.

What a super hotel. Very serene, in the midst of an area that is very crowded. Great location. Very efficient and friendly staff.

I was only sad that we had such a brief stay that we didn't have time to enjoy all of the facilities the hotel offers.
