Booooo

I asked for a quiet room and wasn’t told that numerous garbage trucks would be making huge banging noises for about an hour which started at 5:30 AM. Yes 5:30 AM. I complained to the front desk and they didn’t care. It ruined my day. I yawned my whole next vacation day. Go to The Nest rooftop but don’t stay there, imo. Astra is a much better, less expensive and quieter place to stay/SLEEP!!

Comfortable bed

Front desk staff, morning staff said he was going to charge me for no show, I told him what am I, for some reason Expedia and book.com made two reservations night shift employee named Kiana said she would take care of that. And that she would charge me for only one room. But in the morning I was charged for a no show again, not too happy to go to vacation and had to discuss double charges with miorning staff horrible . I would appreciate if you can take care of this please.

Good place to stay if you’re headed to pike place fish market

The property was close to Pikes Pl., Fish market so it’s easy to get there and restaurants

I didn’t like they charge you $70 a night for valet when you’re already staying there @500 a night for a standard room

Great location hotel not worth the money.

Loved the location of the hotel. Great walking distance to a lot of the cities attractions.

I thought it was VERY expensive for the rooms. I thought the rooms would have been much nicer. They were outdated, the TV was terrible and the sound awful. The lighting in the rooms was bad. The bed corners had bumpers on them since they are sharp edges and the corners kept falling off, they were gross and were put on poorly.

The Nest, hotel bed and location. Been to Seattle a few times. Best location yet. The roof top bar is dope. Can't beat the location. Boat excursions, Pikes Place, Shopping and Space Needle. Staff is friendly, hotel was clean. Will definitely be back

Small room. Poor lighting. Lots of street noise - for some reason people like to rev their engines late at night so not much sleep.

Location good. Close to the Markets and Wharf area. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Welcome drink and cookie nice touch.

Friendly Staff, location was great walking distance from Pike place market and many restaurants. Very clean, food at restaurant was great beautiful bar with a view.

Trash was not emptied out daily. Room service was not available at night. Only one elevator was working and there was a long wait for the elevator.

If you’re traveling on business The Thompson is a must!

The Thompson is a gem in downtown Seattle. The customer service they provide is exceptional. Valet is always prompt. The location is fabulous and their rooftop bar The Nest is the perfect place to end your evening.
