Cool earthy vibe.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Very luxurious rooms. The bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A Whole Foods was located practically next door so that was convenient. Overall a lovely hotel.
The breakfast was okay but not worth the expensive prices.

I didn’t like the beds, I found them very uncomfortable

This hotel is a hidden gem in the center of Seattle. Yes it’s expensive, but you don’t come to a hotel like this and not expect to spend money. Every detail from the napkins to the pillowcases is thoughtful and beautifully executed. Cannot wait to stay again soon!

Lovely staff. Interiors are very pretty and the rooms are nice.
This is a lovely hotel, however it always just falls below where it should be. This was my second stay here after the 1 Hotel takeover. I did notice the staff seems to have better training, however the elevators were out, which led to everyone needing to take the service elevator. In-room dining was not available, which was only made known to me once I called down because the app just circled and circled. The TVs were spotty and pixelated throughout the evening. Thankfully, the team did give me a discount after I voiced my displeasure about not knowing this prior to my booking.

Room deco
Only check in after 4pm
1 room is not ready around 3:55pm
Long wait for the elevator
Front desk didn’t mention about the breakfast at all
Too crowded and noisy in the lobby

Able to get a quiet night’s sleep. Super comfortable bed. Filtered water literally on tap. Wonderful ambience in the room, complemented by real and well tended pot plants. There was a lovely area to have breakfast and they made the best gluten free pancakes ever. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As a tea drinker I was delighted to be provided with a kettle!
The only issue was related to streaming movies from my phone to the tv. The hotel sent someone up to help but the issue remained unresolved. So no movie watching on the TV which we would have enjoyed.

Had a wonderful stay! The property was recently fully remodeled. Was very clean and pretty. Staffs were all accommodating and so helpful. Would definitely stay again when I am in town ! Did I mentioned that everyone there went above and beyond for us to make us feel at home and welcomed.

Great central location for a couple of days in Seattle.
The hotel doesn’t offer much in terms of complimentary services that you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful property clearly being remodeled nicely but very odd to have so many staff just standing around. Nic location. Love the access to Whole Foods.
the construction that has been going on is extremely disruptive and they’ve not figured out systems to mitigate. Felt like we were in a fishbowl everytime we walked thru the lobby. Was lied to on 2 separate issues and have not received the refund promised. A) no towncar which is part of their amenities fee and was supposed to get a refund because of this but instead it was charged AGAIN! B) was told the valet parking was in a locked garage. Went out several times throughout the night to walk my dog and my car was never put into the garage. It was left with 4 other cars up in the very congested parking lot.

Rooms are recently redecorated
Big bathtub
Whole Foods is downstairs from the property
The hotel is under construction!! :/
We were supposed to have an upgrade so our rooms could be connecting- but the hotel never changed it so our kids were in a room down the hall from us.
It took us 30 mins to check in due to this error and the computer system.
No ice machines

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The entire lobby area was under construction—there was no proper entrance, just a dusty, noisy mess filled with construction workers. This was not mentioned anywhere during booking. While the rooms were recently renovated and decent, the overall experience was chaotic and far from relaxing. We ended up changing our tickets and leaving early. This is not what we paid for.

Breakfast was tasty but very expensive
Room had great view of space needle
Good location for walking
The hotel is an active construction site! Main lobby is closed so enter through side entrance. Main dining area closed. Doing construction from 9-5 so lots of noise! They charge $20 resort fee for a welcome drink and refreshments and complimentary car service and none of that was available! No mention of construction on booking website! False advertising.

Very clean and nice. Shuttle service was cool too! Great view!

Staff were friendly although they seemed to be frustrated at times with the transition they were going through at the time of our visit.
Room was spacious
Proximity to space needle was handy
The hotel was in the middle of transferring to a different company. We didn't know this when booking and in fact it changed names between when we booked it and when we stayed!! Very confusing
The room appeared tired and in need of updating. A cracked sink in the bathroom as an example with taps showing signs of age. Towels and robes still in previous name of hotel.
Building work taking place at ground level

Clean room with champagne, superb location above whole foods and near restaurants/coffee shops, friendly staff. Will stay here again.
All was great. It took a bit of time to check in due to new system issue with Booking.com.

The check in desk at the hotel was not very impressive, would be more fitting for a small 2/3 star hotel. We looked for the restaurant and bar and couldn't believe it. The so called restaurant was not much better than a work canteen, hard chairs bright lights etc. The bar was in the same room with seating for three people max. I thought i was booking a four star hotel and after a 10 hour flight we were very disappointed. I think the guy checking us in could feel we were not very happy but we didn't say anything as we had no where else to go. He upgraded our room which was very kind of him. There is a supermarket under the hotel, we ended up buying a pizza from the deli and had it in the room, not what we had planned.

Nice location
It’s going under construction so it was a little inconvenient.

The bathroom has a wonderful tub with bath salts and a bath shelf. I wanted to linger. Staff are helpful. Super clean.
They could use additional elevators and there is some construction on the entrance.

The room was fine.
We paid full rate for a 4 star hotel going through refurbishment. Very disappointed as there was no bar, room service etc. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have stayed somewhere else in Seattle.

Wonderful rooms with large bathtubs, fantastic staff, great breakfast buffet with exceptional bacon, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in
A stability bar near the tub could help getting in and out of our baths.

I was very happy with the accommodations, it was a 20 min walk to everything. Staff were very kind. Tori Criss Helped me check in and spent time assisting me. He went above and beyond! The tub was the highlight of my room.
Curtains in my room needed replacing but I know the tears were due to people pulling them instead of the pulling rod. May consider getting long pulling rods so people stop damaging the curtains. Overall all was excellent!

Always a great experience like no other Hotel. Very hospitable, convenient and kind. Beautiful views and super comfortable. We love tubs so this place is amazing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had great complimentary shuttle service three times and the drivers were very knowledgeable about the Seattle area. The hotel was just over a mile to Pike's Marketplace.
Getting into the location was a bit tricky, mostly because of the surrounding street construction.

Very clean. Comfortable bed.
Too expensive for the level of property.

The location the space in the hotel
Most staff are really friendly and helpful (especially the Night Shift) while some seems distant and not as attentive as their colleagues. The housekeeping would only replenish daily amenities including slippers when we leave a note.

Room was great - spacious with super comfortable beds and luxe amenities.
Complimentary prosecco in the lobby was a nice touch, and coffee with non dairy milk available in the lobby (it’s the little things)
Staff were friendly with checkin texts pre- and post-arrival to ensure we had all we needed.
Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars - we even walked to T-Mobile Stadium
Location was okay - a liiiiiiittle off the beaten path in a fairly sleepy area, but that could be a good thing depending on what you’re looking for.
Service in the bar/lounge area was very very slow and knowledge of service staff left a bit to be desired. (Though they were pleasant!)

Large room. Very large bathroom with bath & and walk-in shower. Location very good - italian restaurant within 5 mins next to hotel and steps leading down from main entrance had very large supermarket with hot cooked food as an option to dining out. Near to a park and a short walk to the Space Needle.
Cold - heating room proved difficult . Table Power Point for phone/laptop/ coffee machine didn't work, so I had to use sockets under the table.
