Close to everything! Beautiful room. Staff were nice. Excellent restaurants nearby. Fantastic shower. Robes were soft. Mattress a little too soft, but it was a comfortable bed. We liked the sofa and lighting was good.

The Nespresso machine didn’t really make a decent cup of coffee. Good for shots, but you need the Veruto machines to make a true cup of coffee. WiFi was bad. And I couldn’t get my phone to mirror to the TV. 👎👎 A sound bar would be a good inclusion. The lighting system was a little bit complicated.

Wonderful stay at the Ändra!

Love the room! Spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Location was great! So easy to walk to all of the spots we wanted to go to. Great cafe across the street for morning coffee + breakfast. Can’t wait to come back!

The fitness room was the size of a shoe box. Don’t plan on using unless you catch it empty

Great choice for staying in Belltown

Big fan of the cozy room, and the couch— really changed the vibe to make it comfortable for a multi-night stay. Everything felt clean and warm, and the staff were both thoughtful and chill. Restaurant next store was great, and the art gallery across the street worth visiting!

comfortable home away from home

I ate lunch at Lolo when I arrived and the lamb burger was delicious! I love staying at the hotel Andra. The rooms are large and the amenities are nice. Everything was very clean!

I think the mattress is softer than I remember and may need to be replaced. Very squishy! I have a hard time figuring out the light switches in the hotel room. Is it just me? The lotion was almost empty but the front desk sent a staff member to replace it promptly.

The location was the highlight and the proximity to a restaurant with a fabulous breakfast. We had a very short stays can it really give you much more of review. The other big plus was that the hotel was near the Chihuly Museum.

Location for Cruise Ships is ideal

After I made the reservation, we required the services of a car for transport to and from the airport. The hotel made sure to get us squared away. Room was amazing with very nice amenities. We will gladly stay again if we ever return to Seattle.

Location, staff, room size, decor

Design of rooms very impractical. Two tiny drawers hidden in the closet. I like to empty a few things from my suitcase. Impossible! Tiny bathroom with nowhere to place anything. Lovely to look at but unnecessary large couch. No one sits on a couch like this. Nice chairs would be fine instead. Needs bureau space instead. Where are the written instructions on how to use things. Where is a good reading light? The two people at the front desk are very nice. It is not so busy that one couldn’t accompany new guests to their room to show them things. Where is the cost free water? Not even a place on each floor to get it! If you want loyalty, you need a little abondanza! Instead it feels you want to make a buck on everything! Have coffee in the lobby—something!

Pretty but noisy

The hotel accommodations, the fact that we were able to check in early, the room in really pretty and spacious with lots of space to put your suitcases and their content.

I am so sorry to write such a bad review. The botel is super nice, beautiful rooms, super accommodating staff but we were in room 1014 and even if my friend (sleeping on a separate bed at the door side of the room) had decent nights of sleep, I did not. There's a ventilation system on the window side which could be heard and felt (even with my earplugs) when I was going to bed at 10.30PM. Plus in the morning, I could not hope for a sleep in because doors bang really loudly and the cleaning staff can be heard talking from one room to the other. I should have said something but we stayed only two nights and were not in the hotel often during the day. My mistake for taking this to the staff only on departure day but if you're a light sleeper avoid this room. Also if you don't like too soft mattresses avoid this room.

It was a pleasant, easy, quiet and comfortable stay

The room was very spacious abd the bed was super comfy. They held our luggage all day before checkin and after check out which was helpful.

They didnt make our bed or clean up, even though they came in the room to replenish the mini bar/fridge...i thought that was weird. I requested early check in, but that didnt work out even though we arrived at 10am on a monday... we couldn't check in till 4pm. Which was fine ( early check in was not promised), but kinda surprising there was nothing available for an earlier check in at any point before 4pm. Atleast they held our bags.

The layout of the suite was poor. It wasn’t really a suite more just a large room. The divider was a slatted door so there was no separation in terms of sound. Furthermore the bathroom was located outside the main bedroom so again, had to make a lot of noise to be able to use the bathroom while the kids were asleep on the sofa bed. Did not work for our family and was not accurately described. Staff was not particularly welcoming and seemed stressed

Check-in in time of 4pm is late and front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Water bottles in the room cost $10 which really should be included for the price.

Location, staff, service!

It would be nice to have a desk and luggage racks. For an elderly person, the room has too much technology. Phone didn’t work, or at least I couldn’t figure out how to use it. Also, too much for sale in room. Water? Buy it for $10! Give a few things away. Give us some decent TV. I am still a cable subscriber, not a streamer, so there was nothing to see.

Location was good. Getting ice was great. Room was roomy & nice.

They only clean your room if you tell them daily. Au check-in was told I have to tell the front desk every day I wanted it cleaned. I said to clean it every day, thinking I didn’t have to remind them each day. They didn’t clean it, so I had to remind them every day after. For the price of the hotel, it should be automatically cleaned daily.
