Everyone was super nice!! Very helpful with questions and recommendations.
I know housekeeping has to clean rooms fast. But pay attention to the wall boards a little busty dirty. I know the hard floor isn’t cleaned probably each time but maybe pay more attention to that.

The location was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly.
I had requested a room upgrade as it was my 16-year-old‘s birthday and when we checked in, I asked about it and the receptionist said that yes we were upgraded for free. When we got to our room, it was very small and the most basic of rooms with nothing special. I have stayed there before and it was just a regular room. I was disappointed because she was so excited but I didn’t want to complain so we just enjoyed our stay as is.

Good location
The games and lobby atmosphere were great
Staff very friendly and helpful
Our room was very hot the a/c not working and had a terrible sleep the first night
Had to change rooms for second night and was still a bit warm
You have to request a refrigerator for the room
The elevator was broken on one side so the wait was long
