Perfect location for a relaxed stay in Seattle

Centrally located, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Yes, they charge for the parking, but parking is very conveniently located underneath the hotel and well guarded.

it was okay. We had a great time at the event we went to

i like the staff but I feel the fees were misleading and that really changed my attitude. There was another unexplained $28 fee. my total came close to $300 including parking. The staff explained that the $28 was added because I booked online with a third party which is again misleading. Next time I will call first to get the total charges explained before booking. Plus the room was too hot and we couldn't figure out the heat system at 3am. Also the blinds didn't shut and the street lights kept me up (i live in the country)

Everything ! Right from the start, checkin was amazing, rooms fantastic and general area of the lobby so fun ! We have never just wanted to hang out in the lobby before but this place made us want to not leave. Staff gave great tips in where to go and what to see. This Hotel made our trip !!!

The location was nice. It was a very walkable distance to multiple food spots. Not the best view persay from my floor but still something to gaze on. Bed was comfortable, robes were very nice. Loved the comforters as well as the complimentary items. Can't forget the friendly staff, such a vibe in this place.

The only thing I would say was a downside for me was, my ac didn't properly work and the room got extremely hot at night.

Great hotel within walking distance of everything you'd want to do in downtown Seattle. Great amenities, inexpensive (by WA standards) and clean with nice room renovations. Will be back next time in Seattle.

Fantastic place to stay

The location was perfect for travel to TMobile Park, walkable to EVERYTHING downtown. PARKING available on site! The room is a standard room BUT the AMENITIES make it super nice. After our stay, we are swapping to European style bedding! It is very luxurious & soft fluffy robes? Yes please! Staff were fantastic. Friendly & helpful, sincerely nice, not just "this is my paycheck" nice. It was a really nice place to go and relax at the end of our day. No room pics BUT 10 min walk to the Chiuly glass and a 10 min walk to monorail taking you any direction.

Slow elevator? That's all I can dig up to comment about.

Very nice

The beds were super comfy. The room was big, very clean, we loved the loby with all the games and the option to fill the water bottle. We got one complimentary drink, which is nice. They had coffe in the loby afternoon.

The cleaning is once in two days. I felt it was mainly towels and beds. The water stream at the sower head was very low. The door for the shower is white glass, which allows the light out to the room. The location felt a bit of a side the downtown.

Highly Recommend!!

Bright and fun vibe and fantastic staff members. Very comfortable. Great shower and gigantic towels. Metal water bottles to keep. We took the Light Rail from the airport and walked the few blocks to get to the hotel. We walked to the waterfront. We used Lyft twice, and the cars showed up within a minute.

The amenity fee, though not high ($28), was a surprise.

I really enjoyed the nicely decorated room with its fun pineapple theme. Despite the monorail running right outside our window, it wasn’t noisy at all. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel had a great vibe with daily snacks in the lobby, a nice assortment of snacks for sale, and water refill stations. The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance to both Pike Place Market and the Space Needle area.

While the secure parking garage was convenient, the additional cost felt high on top of the room rate—but that seems to be typical for Seattle.

Really great hotel and place to stay in Seattle.

It’s closeness to everything I wanted to go to.

I was in a corner room at the end of the hall. The noise in the hall seemed to echo near where I was located. I also wish there was a fridge in the room so I wouldn’t have to go to the lobby when I was comfortable to get a drink.

Stay somewhere else…

The Pineapple cookie and drink was a nice touch upon arrival. The location to get to attractions around time was great too. The water station was a nice touch.

Not as nice and luxurious as advertised. One of two of the elevators was down for the whole stay which made getting to our top floor challenging. We opted to take the stairs a fews time but there is a homeless person living in the stairway which made it very awkward and made my wife very nervous.
