Great, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great views.

Great location and very quiet at night, Honestly I never leave reviews and i would say i would 100% book again with them. There were 0 cons which is super rare for a hotel in downtown cities. I requested a higher floor and they let us get the highest room they can offer. They even asked if we wanted room service at any time since our stay was only 3 nights since they regularly do room service every other day. It was wonderful. I’d recommend. Greg and Gustav are great staff!!

Valet is awful and staff to help w luggage or getting u settled into hotel is part of valet. There is no place to pull up w your car and unload and in traffic it’s a nightmare.

Employees were fantastic, hotel decor was beautiful, location was excellent and I loved the options at their little market in the lobby.

The heater in the room was very loud. The shower was hard to figure out and we had to call the front desk to figure out how to turn off the shower. They should provide instructions.

Nice Hotel in Downtown Seattle

The Room wasn't large but it was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This is no fault of the hotel, but keep in mind you are downtown, so be alert when walking around.

There was no scale for weighing the suitcases (or even a body scale). There used to be one in the hotel, but it disappeared… It would be a good idea to buy a scale for the gym.

Nice hotel and close to so many restaurants, Pike Place Market, bars, very safe. They were very gracious about receiving an Amazon delivery for us. Staff was very pleasant all around.

We requested an early check in because of the health of two of the four of us. We were denied via email. We did arrive a little early and they checked us into one of two rooms. I understand they can't accomodate everyone's request, but it would have been helpful given seniors with some physical limitations since our plane arrived around 1.

Two guys just stood around talking to themselves and didn't bother to help us w our bags etc. Calling down to get valet at the end of trip was terrible. on phone for 20mins...never connected w front desk. Great alternative for someone looking for a boutique hotel experience in the middle of the action.

Very good location. Close to all main attractions and places of interest, specially for a first timer in the city. Hotel is boutique, new or recently refurbished, with the basic things required. Not all the toys of a 5 star hotel but what it does it does it right. People at reception were very nice and understanding as I had to request a late checkout due to my partner being sick.

I think there is a little room for improvement in the restaurant. The menu is simple, not a lot of alternatives. The food quality was good but not excellent. Service was good.

Lovely hotel, great location.

Modern hotel 4 blocks (10 minute walk) from Pikes Place and waterfront. Walkable to Westlake Train station for the rail link to Seatac. Friendly, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely, quiet, great shower and super comfortable beds. We would choose The Sound again when visiting Seattle.

Great stay, great location

I wish I ever had a studio apartment as nice as this room was. The terrace was perfect for eating takeout and enjoying the free glass of wine from the bar. The beds were comfy. The shower and products were great. We loved having a mini fridge. The staff was also fantastic. Excellent location. We will definitely want to stay here again on future visits.

That we could not stay longer. We were a little worried about road noise at first because we were on a lower floor and someone was racing down the street, just as we arrived at the room. We never heard additional road noise after that though.
