    Very good location in downtown near transit train and monorail station, but hotel is very old , they had done renovation. Bu the downside is the escalator didn’t work, forced to carry luggage 2 floors up and down,

    I recommend this hotel for a good room with decent amenities at a great location, close to the highlights of Seattle. Room cleanliness could be better - the bed had a stain. Also we had put the do not disturb tag but our room was cleaned regardless.

    The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the female staff member working in the morning. However, I was assigned a room near the main road, so it was extremely noisy and I could not sleep well. I could clearly hear people talking and laughing loudly in the middle of the night. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very poor and I could barely connect to the internet. Although I was told there were two different networks available, neither of them worked effectively.
