Worst Hotel Experience of my Life!

The gentleman who checked me in was the only pleasant experience here.

Facilities were dirty, room was disgusting, receptionist Kim was rude and condescending. Manager Diane was just as bad. They both need to do some major customer service training. I would never stay here again. Left after one night and didn't complete my entire stay. Don't get me started on the issue with my service animal being in the room by herself. Again horrible property and horrible management. I would absolutely recommend elsewhere if you can afford it.

1. No room service 2. Doesn't allow us to keep luggage at the reception. I have to pay one more night to keep my bags inside the room before leaving in the afternoon. 3. Some staff are not so friendly.

Convenient place to stay if you are traveling with a dog.

As with many Red Roof Inns, this one was next door to a Dunkin Donuts, which is very convenient when you can't leave your pet in the room alone.

It's a nonsmoking motel (yah!), but a lot of people who stay at RR Inn smoke outside, so the exterior space is littered with butts (yuck!).

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable, The water for the bath tub was hot. tv was good.

We stated for two days, no one changed the bed sheets each day, we had to ask for them. There was no coffee pot, microwave, toaster and the bathtub drain dosen t work right. Not impressed, when we asked if they had coffee in the hotel, they said the coffee pot was broken down.

Breakfast was not offered.

Original room 219 did not have microwave/refrigerator as promised. Clerk moved to another room and new room had Mold in bathroom, refrigerator not clean, stained sheets and pubic hair on sheets as if they had not been changed. Upon arriving back from work, the safe had been opened (clerk never gave me code to safe).
