It was a stay. One I will never make again

Breakfast staff were nice. Daytime front desk staff were okay. Room was ok.

Front desk staff at night. They disappeared for a long time and had people waiting. Got locked out of room since key card failed to work and our screaming baby was locked inside. Staff was no where for 45 plus minutes. Almost called 911 to break in. Prior to arrival, tried calling and never got a person to answer. IHG corporate tried, nothing. Booking.com tried, nothing. Front desk staff here at night are getting paid to not be there and not help while being high and uncaring

I was kept up until 4 am my first night by people having a party next door that ended in police, no staff help at all no one would answer front desk Beds looked to be full and not queen also

Great stay

The breakfast was good and had a good variety of items. The bed were comfortable and the room was clean. I Temperature was great and could be changed with a thermostat on the wall. liked it had free parking and close to shopping in the same plaza

One of the elevators was not working and the hallway on my floor was really hot. There was a non working lamp in my room which was not big deal as I was going to a concert but I did alert the desk up on check out

Clean facilities, about what to expect for this level of hotel.

One of two elevators was out of service. This made for long waits at the one and only. Vending (none) & ice machines on guest room floors were non-functional. Breakfast offerings could have been expanded some.

Pleasant and met our needs for a weekend trip to Chicago and surrounding areas

Room was very comfortable and location is great for activities in the city and surrounding areas; hot breakfast was good despite limited offerings; housekeeping staff was friendly, accommodating, and efficient; very good rates compared to comparable hotels in the area

Seemed understaffed or overwhelmed at the front desk; couldn't call down to the front desk because either the line was busy or phone was off the hook for several hours at a time, had to leave the room and go down to the front desk for any questions or needs then wait for staff to arrive; pool is tiny, especially when the hotel is fully booked

The gentleman at the front desk was phenomenal.Very helpful and very kind. There was however someone smoking in a room on our floor so there was a terrible smell and the fire alarm went off for about an hour during our stay.

Would have liked to have gotten rid of that person who was smoking. .I did alert the front desk and said he would follow-up if he could figure out who it was.

I will be back again.

My check in clerk name was James. He was very nice with my check-in. I arrived extra early due to my flight and he assured me once housekeepers was done in the morning he would let me know when my room was ready. Which he did. The 2 ladies that worked the front desk during the daytime was very nice with helping me with things also. The overnight clerk was nice to assist me I thank the manager for allowing me to relax by the pool due to my flight not leaving till midnight. The breakfast crew was fantastic. Always speaking and making sure things were filled up on the counters. I love the pancake machine. That is most definitely a winner in all your hotels. I really enjoyed my room. It was very spacious due to my handicap assistance needed. The bed was very comfortable. The weather was humid and rainy but whenever I had my AC on it was cold as Alaska.😂 It most definitely worked excellent. I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. This is now the hotel I choose to stay at when visiting again next month The only thing I recommend is that you spray your elevators with a good spray. It had a molded smell. But one day it was fresh and I happened to be riding with the maintenance guy and told him yes this smells good today.😂

Breakfast was terrible relative to the cost of the room. Probably $3 worth of food.

Over-priced, hard to access from the street, unprofessional staff, total waste of money

Decent, but too crowded

The staff was unprofessional, challenging, and ghetto. She could tell I was annoyed coming in, but instead of trying to soothe or decompress the situation (which any professional in the hospitality business would), she seemed determine to challenge me even further to see how angry I could possibly get. Driveway was also ridiculous with no direct access from the street! Lighting in the rooms were terrible....dim, drab, and depressing.

It was a standard hotel hot breakfast, just what you need in the morning.

The TV did not work that night, not sure if it was becuase of it snowing. But it wasn't a big deal for me.
