Room was ok !! The room was clean but.... water was cold i went to the front desk clerk told me it was luke water due to the temperature outside. Bottom line i no choice but to take a cold bath water never got hot maybe it was just that room although he came up to check he said that there was nothing that he could do toilet kept getting stopped up also they have a hundred deposit due at check in that i was unaware of until i arrived to the property. Honestly i would only stay here as a last resort definitely wouldn't be my go to hotel

Even though fully paid and confirmed, the staff claimed they didn't receive payment from Agoda, while Agoda kept claiming the hotel had received payment. This went on for over an hour without being able to check in. The phone number for Agoda customer service was also to a scam center so don't use Agoda's US customer telephone. Best way to resolve was to use chat online to force Agoda to resolve their third-party payment vendor. Overall, an unnecessarily frustrating experience that was not assisted by the staff at the hotel. Hotel also lied: NO AIRPORTER and NO BREAKFAST.

The staff were exceptional great shopping area i could walk from tge location but lack of hot water and working elevator impacted the whole experience
