Absolutely a nightmare

The bed was comfortable

No wi-fi available, and no change machine in the laundry/vending machine room. Because there was no wifi, I was unable to use a card to do laundry, and the front desk was not able to sell me quarters. The microwave did not function properly and we were unable to set the alarm clock to the correct time. The stay was a nightmare, and I feel that I way overpaid for a horrible experience.

The location was directly off the eway.

There was no shower curtain. There was a card board box in the bathroom that was at least 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide, so it seemed as if they used it as storage. The fridge was broke. And the window had no screen in it, nor would it close

They charged $100 for a security deposit and since it was on a credit card, it’s gonna take 7 to 10 business days for it to come back. Nothing was said about that when I booked it not very happy that was more than the room cost altogether.

There was no breakfast front desk staff was rude charged me $100 deposit that I haven’t received yet.

I reserved 2 beds the staff gave me one bed went back down got another room 323 that didn’t have a microwave and the TV didn’t work moved to another room down the hall only for that tv not to work either I’m so disappointed I will never go back to the hillside location

Property was close to great food, liquor stores, attractions about 20 to 30 mins because of traffic. Quiet place and very private
