The Beds were comfortable.

Not enough pillows. The television wasn't working, and no one came to fix it. We had no key to the room until the morning because there was an issue with the front desk being able to access them. We thought the 12 dollars for what there was available for Breakfast was too much. One other issue, the women said I would get a better room using the elevator than going up only 8 short steps! They gave us a room all the way to the end of the hall, which was much more difficult to do, than doing a few steps!Si

Breakfast was good, portions were perfect for the price. Staff was very friendly! Thanks for a great stay guys!

Parking was very close. I'm pretty sure someone sideswiped my car on the front driver side.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and other areas we visited while in Chicago

We had a room facing the interstate and I am a light sleeper away from home.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, fan in the bathroom, ample parking and close to highway, restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby very clean and welcoming.

The restaurant was not open 24 hours as indicated on website. Website is now updated and no longer states hours of operation (only shows for cocktail lounge). Was told that restaurant was open until 9pm the night we arrived. When we went down at 8:45p it was already closed. Went for breakfast the next day to find a very limited menu and the soda pop was flat. There was also a very odd smell in the room that completely turned us off from wanting to eat. Ended up leaving without ordering.

The room had bed bugs & staff just blamed disgruntled employees instead of looking into it, the mattress had several huge stains, the sheets don't fit the beds, there was stuff splattered on our barhroom door, the staff is useless if you can even find them, staff allowed the children of other guests to assault my family by telling me the other guests would be leaving soon, the room keys randomly stopped working several times, the vending machine stole my money then eventually gave a product I didn't ask for, the a/c barely works in the room & doesn't work at all in the common areas. There is absolutely no reason to ever stay here & I will never stay with Best Western again.

The location was great, the hotel is big, the room was nice and cleaned everyday, we had a very good time at our stay, also very good parking area. Highly recommend

They couldn’t find my reservation that I booked 2 days in advance then when I got to property they couldn’t find it then made me wait till a two bedroom came available

Pool wasn’t up and running says it on website also says complementary breakfast when I went to take the kids to get breakfast they said we had to pay doesn’t say that when booking or on hotel website the guest partied all night not sure what was going on in hotel but I feel like out of respect for other guest party should of need at 10pm

I feel like the hotel is very outdated like as soon as you walk in you could tell that it’s the older hotel the flooring the carpet was old and when we walked in our room, it had a horrible smell… but the hotel was pretty clean and the staff was excellent

It was close to stores and convenient ramp to get on highway.. alot of parking spaces...

Wifi internet is NON existence.. no wifi.. premise smells alot of weed. The refridgerator and air conditioner are very loud .

Ac didn’t work in first room. Moved to second room and key wasn’t coded. Desk guy told me to keep key away from my phone. No complimentary breakfast as advertised.
