Another very Enjoyable stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Westchester Illinois.

It was very close to where I was visiting. Everything was fine. I enjoyed my visit very much as I always did. wnen I stayed at the Sheraton.

They were out of English Breakfast tea and served me Scented tea which I detest. Breakfast and service was very good

I didn't get to stay there. The booking never got there. So, they didn't know I was coming. I was very, very disappointed!

Not worth the steep cost

Clean, reasonably comfortable room.

For the price, we would expect the breakfast to be included. Instead it's an extra cost but the prices are not posted either in the hotel or online. The shower head was not adjustable and mounted so high that by thr time the water got to me there was little pressure. The wifi is only available to Marriott Bonvoy members. The parking lot was half closed off with no sign other than caution tape so we had to carry our luggage through the landscaping beds. I do not recommend.

This is a tough one for me

We booked a king and a two queen to accommodate our family. Our rooms were not either of these. Both rooms had one bed. My son slept on the floor. The AC was not working at all in one room. At all. Brutal. The coffee was out every time I went to get it. The first time I was just going to settle for water for tea, oh yeah it was out too. Maybe having more than one replacement coffee pot might be a good idea. Just a thought. And what about hiring someone to help the poor guy out who was trying to stay on top of things as best he could. The staff had no response to these concerns, pretty much got a shrug.

Overall, it was hotel was nice, reasonably priced and we would come againn!

Location very good. Room was comfortable. We didn't try breakfast - I wanted just toast and coffee. Or pastry and coffee.

The sheets on the bed were strange strips and got all tangled up during the night.

No parking, unhelpful front desk

No parking spots available at all times, the front desk was not helpful in problem solving the parking situation, we were downgraded to a queen bedroom and given an unacceptable room

Very enjoyable stay. Hotel very nice and in a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of life.

The Classic Breakfast was amazing. It was cooked and prepared on ordering. It was very very tasty and not like the breakfasts that you usually get already prepared. Those breakfasts are tasteless. Each morning I had the Classic Breakfast perfectly served by a very friendly waiter. A breakfast beautifully prepared and enjoyable to eat . Full Marks for Service and Breakfast.

I stayed for two nights duration on two occasions. I noticed the rooms were not made up on either occasion. I would like the room to be made up each day as it used to be

A nice hotel in a nice neighborhood.

There was no breakfast included, but there was breakfast available in the main lobby/bar area that was great and not too expensive. Our room was very comfortable. The location was nice, in a business park area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very professional but also very friendly.

The room was spotless! I travel alot across the US it was so nice to sleep in bedding that actually smelled like it had been just washed. Rooms were quiet. The staff was super helpful, friendly and attentive. Location was 15 miles from Fifth Third Arena. The price was fantastic. Will keep this in our hockey book !
