Awful never staying again . Very hateful staff and manager.

The pool

I’m a cancer patient and vomited and was charged a $250 cleaning fee. This would never happen at a Marriott. They have compassion for those struggle through cancer and wouldn’t have done this to me. They charged me in total $600 for a one night stay. Because of this I’m overdrawn and can’t pay my bills this month.

Excellent stay

I liked the Salsa with breakfast. It was the best. The breakfast room at the Muncie Inn is very pleasant and delightful.

I was not offered any water. They need a bigger flag. The flag is too small for the height of the pole. I was glad they fly the flag, though. The shower head is too high. If it going to be placed for a 7 foot man, then provide a step stool so that the spray can be adjusted.

Comfort, convenience…animals belong on first floor accommodations only!

Liked the location & the cleanliness of the room. Pillows were soft and that’s unusual in hotels. Plenty of towels too .

I would have given it a higher score except for an incident in the elevator. A woman had a dog that urinated all over the floor in the elevator. She exited without cleaning up the mess. I promptly went to the front desk and reported it & asked it be cleaned up. When I came back 2 hours later it was still there. It makes you wonder where these animals are using the bathroom in the rooms …and how it’s being cleaned and sanitized. This lowered the review score.

We always stay at the same motels because everything is supposed to be the same across the states. This one was not. It’

The pillows were shot and small and wore out. They told us they were not gonna have no water after 9 o’clock. The bathroom, grout and floor were very nasty. It smelled like dog in the room. There was no toilet paper or Kleenex it seemed to be a very quick clean job. I wanted to sleep in, but the water was getting shut off at 9 o’clock. What a bummer.

i booked a room with 2 queen size beds but, i seems that were either full size or double beds. i spoke to the front desk attendent in which they told me that do not have full or double beds. Other than that the stay went well.

Room layout was great. Very clean and inviting.

The bed was so hard, I slept terribly. Breakfast hot food was not good. The bagel with egg, cheese and meat has no flavor! Ketchup doesn't even fix it! If you want Oatmeal, cereal and waffles, you're covered.

Nice clean hotel, good location.

Very clean, room and bathroom was clean, linen was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with extra towels when needed. Breakfast both mornings was fresh, hot and a nice selection for all. Very Clean setting. Will definitely stay here again next visit to Indiana.

Nice hotel

The hotel has been recently remodeled. Very clean and modern looking. Beds were comfortable. This hotel is close to restaurants. Parking area was well lit. All the staff that we encountered was friendly. The breakfast was good, and lots of seating in the breakfast area.

A lot of things I did not like value for money. Me my wife and our two other couples could have spent the same amount of money and got our tub n to go swimming. It was my wife's birthday and we wanted somewhere nice to stay we was under the assumption that there was a tub in the room nope! Booking.com even sent a confirmation email saying that the hotel has a balcony with a view a tub a dishwasher in the room etc. I spent almost a 180 bucks a night for a standard room! And when we asked about the amenities the front desk lady laughed and looked at us like we was crazy. Very rude on her part. The third shift gentleman was very kind and nice. He was going to email his manager and say something about the whole thing. Idk if he ever did. But I will not be staying in that hotel ever again

So very clean! It was way nicer inside than I expected. Crazy nice staff. Very very nice free breakfast! The kids loved the pool. For the value and everything, it was so worth it. We will for sure stay again cause we have family in the area and it was a looong drive. :)
