Super 8 by Wyndham Muncie/Ball St. College Area

My wife, friend, and her daughter stayed overnight doing a touristy visit. Ariah checked us in. She not only gave us additional information, She took the time and was very patient helping us with addresses and locations. She was so kind and helpful.

The staff was very helpful at check in. The room was clean and in very good shape

Everything was great. We were only there for a night.

Carpet could have been cleaner. My dog was going crazy about something he could smell in the carpet. Vending area had few choices.

The web page said "pet friendly ". When asked if I had a dog i wast honest and said I have a cat. She told me that I would need to find a place for the cat. That to me is NOT pet friendly. So I didn't stay there.

It was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. the light switches and door handles were dirty. the toilet had never been cleaned. The bathroom wall was filthy. It smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Those rooms need a deep clean!

We liked location. You could go either direction to places to eat.

Biggest I guess was seating. Chair very uncomfortable. No closet!

I went at 8am plenty of food to eat. Tables were nice and clean

You say you are pet friendly but no where was I told I had to pay for my dog. He is a comfort companion 💖. I travel a lot and this was the first time ever. This is my only dislike 👎

The location was excellent, but my suggestion would be for them to level this property. Build a new one and get new front desk staff!

The pictures are very deceiving. The entry is a single glass door, and I’m thinking wheelchair access to this property is almost impossible. There is no elevator. Even though the lobby had no smoking signs posted in it, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time and even reached my 2nd floor room. Even though it was in a decent part of town, I had concerns for my safety just from the shadiness of the hotel itself. The breakfast consisted of toast, yogurt, a waffle maker, and some bananas and that was about it! It truly was one of the five worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and if I were paying by value, $50 a night would be way too much! When I checked out, even though the receptionist could hear me coming down the steps, she didn’t bother to get up from her texting conversation to greet me at the desk when I turned in my keys. Miserable stay.

It is convenient for restaurants and shopping so that’s good and it’s a roof over your head when you’re driving from Detroit to Indiana to a funeral. I just wish they had breakfast.

It looked run down on the inside.The WiiFi kept going out, barely any water pressure in the shower. There was virtually no breakfast. So we had to go to IHop for breakfast. Very disappointed that they claim there was a continental breakfast when there wasn’t. No eggs, no coffee, only cereal and little bags of oatmeal. The price was too high to not have breakfast. I think they need to update the carpeting and decor.

What they called breakfast was a joke,orange juice dispenser gave mostly water,cereal,coffee, toast,waffles. Pretty much all they offered

Room was overpriced, did not feel safe

The room and the lobby area was clean smelled clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower.

During our stay there were some guests that were hanging out but the main entrance quite a bit on their phone, smoking cigars or hanging out in there car which made for an uncomfortable feeling at times entering and exiting the building. Also we were on the ground floor so they jus kept walking by our window to the point we just closed the curtains so they could not see in the room. We only stayed for two nights and did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast options but all in all the stay was good.

The breakfast choices was not represented properly. I choose this property for the breakfast choices. It was supposed to be an American breakfast not a continental. Being diabetic, this matters a lot. Most of the food available was not favorable to my issue. I paid extra for that, otherwise I would have opted for a less expensive hotel and ate at a regular restaurant

that the bottom of the toilet still had blood on the left side. I did tell the girl at the front desk since there was no shampoo or conditioner. She offered a different room but at that point too tired. I would have rather monies off my bill.

Bed was comfortable

Room next door was smoking Marijuana, smelled like that all night.

I did not have breakfast during my stay

The first room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk was quick to change my room per my request without hesitation.
