Hampton Inn & Suites Muncie

Looks new, all good

We weren't there long just a quick late night overnight, overall look well maintained. My biggest complaint is almost every towel or cloth we grabbed had a hair on it. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, as well. When we woke up I noticed on the duvet between the sheets and the main cover there was a bright red smudge, it looked like lipstick... Gross. The room was spacious, but I definitely have concerns on the cleanliness standards.

One night stay. The hotel is very clean and modern.

Rooms have been nicely updated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was the usual affair. Area was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was cheap toilet paper and tissues.

Our room wasn’t serviced the three nights we were there and when I called about it, they said they were sorry but they didn’t have anybody there that evening and we were checking out the next night anyways.i wasn’t happy about that but otherwise the property and staff were nice.

The hotel was very over priced for the amenities that were billed as luxury. Quality was lacking for item such as towels,Hair dryer, # of hangers

Beautiful, very clean and comfortable room. Dog friendly, decent breakfast (coffee better than most).

The hotel felt clean and fresh. The morning breakfast was delicious and looked fresh.

It was clean and really sweet staff. Only issue bathroom door wouldn’t close.

Very welcoming and accommodating concierge. Everything very clean and orderly.

Great stay

The room smelled funky upon arrival. The bathroom smelled worse. There was hair everywhere left from the previous visitors, glasses rings on the counter tops. The sheets wouldn’t even fit the bed. Then, at 4:50 in the morning the fire alarm went off constantly for about 40 min. No one was informed of what was going on. No staff communicated. Everyone was panicking in the hallway. There were dogs barking next door. There was no evacuation but the alarm continued and several people were worried and scared, and right after myself and several other guests left as well. The front desk lady was SUPER nice though. But I guess the manager on staff just left her to deal with it ALONE (after popping in one time) which is crazy and I felt bad for her. Not how any human should be left to deal with an emergency situation.

No family rooms

We traveled to Muncie to enroll my daughter at Ball State. The staff was very professional and kind. The pool was small, but very clean as was the fitness center. I didn't eat breakfast but my wife and daughter said it was good. We will definitely stay again while visiting my daughter at school.

The staff at this location was excellent. However, the smoke alarm malfunctioned multiple times throughout the night so we barely slept. Pretty big waste of $170 in my opinion. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn anymore based off my visit this time and the previous visit that had cockroaches.

I was very disappointed to find out that the pool was closed. This information was withheld until after we went through check in process. Swimming was the only reason we even booked a room for the night.
