My stay was very nice, comfortable and quiet with helpful staff.

The property was very clean! The staff was very nice and helpful.

Only complaint would be the pool not being open i booked online and wish they had updated the website to notify that the pool was not working.

DO NOT STAY

Nothing, no one answers the phone, I’ve called 3-5 times a week to speak about a reservation and there’s been no answer every single time. Booking.com & I have both emailed the property to speak about my reservation and it’s a ghost town. DO NOT STAY HERE. I’ve gone back to Muncie to see if there’s anyone I can talk to and no one ever came to the front desk (waited 30+ minutes). It’s also clear the place is not clean!

Disappointing stay, not worth the money.

Breakfast was good

2 of the six pillows on the beds did not have pillowcases. There were so many chemicals in the pool you could smell it walking in the front door. It burnt my daughter’s eyes so bad they swelled up and she cried all night. The man at the front desk did let us use the eye wash station however it was not in good working order and the water barely came out.

Don't stay at Fairfield

Location was great!

Upon arrival I contacted the hotel for early check-in and was told I could, once getting there they got an attitude with me and asked who said I could check in then the whole time we were there the staff gave us dirty looks like we couldn't be there . The room was decent and the bathroom fan was loud and shook. People running down halls and screaming half the night.

Location central for us as Ball State parents.

Had to change rooms as shower and fridge not functioning. Staff moved us easily. Hotel run down and breakfast not great. No fresh food all processed.

Room and facility was clean. Easy access to everything.

One of the main reasons we booked here was it had an inside pool we could use. When we checked in there was a sign that said the pools closed. We asked the attendant and she said yes it's down. We went to dinner and came back a couple hours later to hear people splashing around in the pool. We went to the attendant and a male manager said it's open on the weekends so we told them we would swim in the morning. We went down in the morning and another male manager said it's closed per management. I hate getting the run around after experiencing some other customers using the facility. If it's down I would understand, but it was used by others and we were turned away. I would hope there would be some kind of reimbursement and change happen so others will not experience the same customer service!

Beware of price increase more than your total due.

Friendly staff, clean, and comfortable. Location was also close to the AMA facility.

Extra fee for incidentals that has never been charged before. Continental breakfast needs to start at 6:00 on weekends as well as weekdays. Water and bathroom smelled a little like rotten eggs until ran for a bit. Most disappointing thing was the up charge without being informed of it.

When I got there to check in for my room they told me that the room that I ordered was no longer available due to a maintenance issue they did not have another room for me they never called me they sent me over to the next hotel tell him that it will be cheaper and they didn't even remember talking to the guy and it was almost double the price. I was also told that I could use the pool facilities As a part of accommodating the mistake sake no one answered the phone for us no 1 took our clothes call this back we received nothing

We got sent to a dirty room at check in and had to be switched to a different room. The curtains were covered in mold. Room was not super clean. Bed was conclaved. Pillows were flat. Mold causes sinus issues.
