The condition of the guest rooms was unacceptable. The furniture appeared cheap and poorly arranged, the artwork was dollar store quality, and the carpet was so frayed that its original pattern and color were indistinguishable. In addition, the TV did not receive a signal. The bathroom had an attempt at remodeling...very minimal. I can't believe how much I spent on this room! Most distressing, however, was an incident involving my 46-year-old son. Clean and professional-looking. Early in the evening, he went to get coffee stationed in the breakfast room. On the refrigerator in the room was a sign stating that all items in it were for breakfast only. In the common area (counter), there were condiments and a few odds and ends, including cereal boxes. He took two small cereal boxes to take back to the room. He was intercepted by a staff member and forced to return them. This was a complete lack of hospitality and felt unnecessarily petty. I stay in hotels hundreds of times a year as I travel for business. I have seen some places that skimp. But, this establishment clearly did not care about our comfort in spite of being the Comfort Inn. The quality and price did not match. I would rated this one step above a dump.

We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the sofa bed but they brought them quickly. The sofa bed mattress was not at all comfortable and had some old stains on it.

Ice Machine broken and unavailable our entire stay (more than a week). Leak in shower above our shower. Assumed it had not been reported. At check out found out they knew about leak but placed people in room above us anyway. Knowing it was going to be an issue. Stated that the room is one of the only handicapped rooms. I understand, then dont rent room that is above this handicapped room that allows major leak, Concerned about mold if leak has been allowed to go for a long time.

Very close to many things and in a safe neighborhood. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff at front desk were missing a lot. They sat on curb smoking. Pool was dirty and towels were lacking. Air conditioner at night kept going off and the room kept getting hot even when set on auto or remaining on.

There could be more light in the bathroom. The light around the huge mirror was fine but the light in the ceiling was so dull it looked as if it needed updated. I couldn’t see to put makeup on I had to use a mirror I brought and that took twice as long.

It was very convenient for the location we were going back and forth to. The bed was clean and the staff were decent.

Room 206 the bathroom was very small and not much counter space like other rooms. You had to move out of the way to shut the door. The toilet seat was like riding a horse. The tub was rusting. The microwave wasn’t clean.

Not bad, just not perfect.

The room was large and spacious, and the A/C worked great. The complimentary breakfast was nice enough, with some decent choices. My wife said her bed was comfortable. She also said that she really appreciated the lotion, the shampoo, and the conditioner being on the wall in the bathroom versus the little bottles of them that most places we've stayed at before use. All in all, I would stay there again if I returned to Muncie.

Unfortunately, the bed was not that comfortable for me. It was just a little too hard for my tastes. It didn't prevent me from sleeping, but I do prefer a less firm mattress. The fact that they were having the carpets cleaned while we were there was an annoyance. I understand it has to be done, but had I known in advance that they were being done on the day I was in town, I would have chosen another hotel. I only found out about that when I arrived. A larger TV would've been nicer as well, but we were both able to see it comfortably from our beds. I would also like to say to bring your own antibacterial soap or hand sanitizer with you. There were none provided in the bathroom that I saw, and I had to use the shower soap to wash my hands after using the bathroom.

The breakfast was great! The eggs, and sausage were great along with the regular breakfast selections. There were potatoes mixed with sausage and gravy that was so good! Nice job on all of the various options!

There are not a lot of selections for those with gluten, dairy free allergies! Glad for the eggs and sausage and fruit!! Would be nice to have maybe gluten free bread in two piece wrapped packs and non dairy oleo..Or even GF/DF muffins

Very dissatisfied at how your staff handles complaints

It was clean

My air conditioner was so loud and I couldn’t hear the television, and none of the outlets by the bed worked. All four of them were bad. I said something and all they said to me was well maintenance isn’t here till Monday. No offer to move my room or anything. I complained two different occasions with two different people and got the same outcome. Maintenance does not come in till Monday

One of the nightstands was missing the reading light. There was an uncomfortable tag on the comforter. The tv was in an awkward spot, halfway between the couch and bed. And the bathtub was filling up with water right from the beginning

Not satisfied with Booking.com.

We liked everything about the hotel and our experience there!

I didn't like the way the booking that booking.com had for us when we got to the motel. Instead of the 18 to the 21 we were told it was booked for the 20th to the 21st, so I had to pay over $300.00 again for the nights of the 18 th and 19 th. I had already paid Booking.com over $300.00. I would like to get reimbursed for the amount I over paid.

Don't expect much

Location was the only thing I was happy with.

Our room was right above the pool, which was fine, but a group of very loud drunk people decided to hang out right under the window while we needed to get some sleep. Then they felt the need to have their subs in the vehicle blasting, and no one willing to tell them to turn it down. The blankets had a LOT of little black hairs all over it and hairs in the bathroom. For paying over $300 for the room, it was an absolutely horrible experience.
