Good place within walking distance to restaurants

Check in staff was great! Easy process.

Housekeeping trying to clean at 9am on the day we were checking out was a surprise. Then they continued to yell and make noise.

Make stay was enjoyable !

As You can see, I love the staff, location and cleanliness . Laundry room was great. Love room size.

Some things were warned and dated. Handicap Accessible rooms doesn’t means bed should be that low to the floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpet hallways could use a little updating.

In conclusion stay was nice but it could’ve been better

Property was nice and the gym was really good had a lot of equipment. It’s always so pleasant when we walk in we get greeted and the staff were amazing. Room was very comfy, me and my partner always enjoy our time.

To start the room was set up kind of messy,the set up this time around the soap containers and the shower amenities were not there. Water that came from the sink smelled kind of foul. Tv didn’t even work kept saying no signal.

Other than the TV issue, it was great.

We like the location.

The TV picture and audio continuously broke up (lost signal???) so we couldn't watch any TV during the entire two weeks we were there. And since we had a lot of down time in the room this made it very difficult with nothing to do to pass the time.

Great place for a getaway with grandkids

Although the computer system was down when we arrived and it took quite some time to get us checked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, with treats for our 6-year-old granddaughter, water for all of us and eventually a room with a great view. Your employees certainly know how to handle difficult situations. Thank you

Will never pick this Hilton or honestly a Hilton again

The pillows were honestly the best thing of this stay and convenient of parking being outside the front door.

The staff from before I started my stay was terrible. I was hung up on twice when I tried to call and ask your pet policy for a service animal, rude when I checked in and specifically Siia was one of the worst employees I have ever had to meet at a hotel. The manager apparently on staff when I checked out as well had no empathy to hear the customer side of a story as she approved an incorrect charge on my bill and has still not returned my call as Siia would only let me go to the voicemail. On top of that, the room AC barely worked and the fridge never worked so spoiled anything I purchased on my stay. I accidentally went to Garden inn and I regret not picking that hotel instead, they have a nice clean lobby with EV parking and a much nicer front desk attendant.

Pretty standard for a Hilton Garden Inn,but renovating w/ some amenities not available.

The room was comfy and quiet, about what I expect from a mid-range Hilton-brand property.

The site is undergoing some renovations at the moment so the lounge/bar was closed, water fountains, etc. are off and the faucet in my room occasionally sputtered. The water fountain in the Exercise center was also off/dry, so I had to go to the front desk to bum some bottled water off them in the middle of my workout. This will all clear up eventually I guess.

You could have mentioned that the lobby and lobby bar was being renovated. Very disappointed. I am a Hilton Member and had to pay for water bottles.

Super duper clean, and cozy. Beds are comfortable.

We could hear the neighbors talk all night. Walls should be sound proof. We were also right next to stairs and we could hear people walking up and down.

Clean hotel, but the gap at the bottom of the door makes this hotel a terrible option.

Good price for a clean room. Not far from the San Jose Airport

There is a 1-2 inch gap at the bottom of every door. This means light is coming into the room all night, and every conversation from the hallway could be heard.

Very good

Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Liked that there was a microwave in the room and the TV was nice and big with good pic quality. Wifi worked well.

Shower wasn't very clean. A/C unit was very loud. Ending up turning it off as it kept waking me each time it flipped on. The elevators are sketch as the doors don't always open once you reach your floor. Thought I was stuck in them until I had the thought of hitting the open door button. The pool wasn't kept up well. First night, the jacuzzi was great. Second night after what I assume was heavy usage from other guests it was dirty and not warm at all. There was no housekeeping service. So I had no coffee the second morning.
