The parking fee of $15 that wasn’t disclosed when I booked it. The view from the roof top wasn’t anything like advertised. The shower had hair from a previous visitor in it.

I had to double pay $135 in booking.com and n person because they couldn’t see my name in the computer so basically paid

It was nice and clean .

I book the hotel in booking.com they couldn’t find my name in the system so the staff wasn’t being helpful and he price match it including the 100 deposit . I paid for it I had the confirmation number and pin and he still couldn’t find it so he told me to call my bank and say it was fraud but it wasn’t fraud I paid 135 I double paid and there was nothing really they could do to help me when it’s there hotel I paid for . dissapointed because no refund is accepted when I paid and my name didn’t show in the system a refund is what I deserve because nobody deserves to pay double .

Location was good and enjoy the rooftop patio. Plenty of parking.

Had a very bad experience with paying with my credit card/debit card they could not fix! Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. Central air had intermittent problems. Luggage cart had flat tires. My experience is a big fat F.

It was a good place for the money

The rates were great and it was a nice place but we booked a weekend with a hundred kids. It was nice cause there was a decent restaurant that was very convenient.

We picked a weekend with a zillion kids staying whose parents did not Make them mind. The floor we were on smelled Like someone had a crap ton of weed In their room Staff the first night was good in the bar ~ The second night he said kitchen was closed Over an hour before it was and then did get my husband dinner

Anita & Christina were BEYOND sweet and extremely helpful! Our check-in went smooth and pleasant!

Unfortunately, a subway sandwich was left in our fridge from a previous patron and sticks of gum under the edge of our bed, but everything else was extremely clean.

No microwave in the room. I had some leftovers I'd have liked to heat up. Couldn't really figure breakfast out. Different than most I've stayed at. I didn't put a lot of effort in to breakfast though.

No response to my message which I sent few days before my stay and tried till my date to cancel / reschedule the dates of my stay. Very poor customer service. Atleast they should have given redeemable coupons to use for next time like other places. But no response from the management.
