The pool was not usable, was not informed. Also I left a few messages no one ever responded.

It was okay, it worked for the night.

Close to freeway and gas station, the breakfast was decent and the staff was nice.

It seems like there was some remodeling going on, the pool and hot tub were not in service, it seemed a bit dirty outside. The restroom was small and the bed was uncomfortable, it was hard and we woke up sore from it.

Daily Disruption -- Cleaning Staff and street noise

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Most of the male front desk staff were nice.

The cleaning/breakfast staff have room for improvement. One breakfast staff (a fuller-figured, middle-aged woman of Mexican descent with curly hair) yelled "oh my god" at me because I took 2 egg patties instead of 1 !? She followed me around trying to get me to put one back, even though breakfast was supposed to be complimentary. She may be having troubles in life, but taking it out on the customer was absolutely unacceptable. I stayed for 7 days, whenever the cleaning staff worked, it was a PARTY. I have stayed at many hotels, this one's cleaning crew was by far the most boisterous. They start at 8am everyday, talking to each other very loudly in the hallway, never closing the doors when cleaning. Each room took an average of 2 hours. It went on for THE ENTIRE DAY every single day. It is a full-on social event. Unless you have a suite, do not expect to rest well or get anything done in your room. Finally, the front desk staff named "Binge" (?), an elderly female of asian descent, was quite rude. Luckily, she was often on nightshift.

It’s a very cozy and relaxing place, very clean too.

Everything was very nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The other residents touching the complimentary foods with their bare hands and putting what they didn’t want back, like cereal that fell and they added it back to the tray. This had nothing to do with staff, it was just the other residents.

A good stay with attentive & friendly staff

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. Even before our arrival, Karen at the front desk was very helpful. Our TV in the suite wasn't working, and maintenance arrived to fix it in under 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable as well.

It seemed a little runned down in the rooms..the furniture and bathrooms could use a remodel. Everything was clean, though. The breakfast could also use some work. Luckily, we brought our own food to eat. The a/c in our room worked wonderful, but it made dripping sounds and was a little loud, but it did stay nice and cool.

Poor housekeeping experience.

Room was comfortable.

Refrigerator in kitchenette had been turned off. When I opened the door, found that previous occupant had left a bag of onions inside, which had been rotting ever since. The odor was terrible. Closed the door quickly. Could not use the refrigerator. Should have been checked by housekeeping.

The whole site is a bit run down, breakfast is pretty awful (according to European standards). Rooms are spread over different buildings.

They were nice. They let me check in early, and allowed us a late check out. Happy hour was great, and breakfast was good as well

It was a nice big room. All the employees really seemed to care about my comfort.

I liked the fact that you got a breakfast and it was very good. Did not know that there was a breakfast until I checked in and gratefully the person that checked me in told me about the breakfast. Loved the King studio room. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Nice couch in living room area to watch TV plus nice size desk. Loved the chairs at the in-room breakfast bar. If I'm in town again I will definitely check to see about staying there again.

After being there for 5 nights I noticed a very small sign about beer or wine being served at a certain time. It would have been nice to know about this at the check-in as I would have then been able to take advantage of this benefit.

The property wasn’t crowded , very clean friendly staff definitely make guests feel like a priority .

Our stay had some hiccups but was still pleasant.

The reservations service for the pool and gym. Because of Covid they had a good organized system for how first used the pool and gym.

Our room was not cleaned before we arrived. We told the manager and he discounted one of our nights stay but the room was still never cleaned.
