Great staff members, they where able to tell me places to go sight seen of the pink lake closed by.

Great service and fully stock at all times, the employees where very good at paying attention to the customers needs and the items to keep them stock.

Maybe it was a bad day for me but the parking space there was a bunch of PG&E or ATT trucks there taking over must of the parking space closed by the entrance.

Great stay

The location was great. It was easy access to the highways and everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was clean and quiet! Major plus, full size room with full fridge, microwave and sink. Even filtered water for the coffee maker.

Overbooked and cancelled my res, didn’t call me

They overbooked and cancelled my reservation on the busiest day of the year and didn’t communicate to me- no email, no call. Very disappointing and handled poorly.

More good then bad and I would definitely stay there again.

When I walked to the desk a very nice young lady was a bug smile made my check in very fast and pleasant. The room was clean and quiet hardly heard any noice from fellow travelers. Everything that was being served for breakfast was fresh.

The breakfast area was a bit small for all the people and food areas . The hotel has been open for a year and was told when I asked they still have no ice buckets. So we were unable to get any.

A clean, roomy and inviting place to stay away from home!

It's been a while since I stayed at a Hotel that met my standards and this place went above my expectations! It was extremely clean and the staff was excellent.

I initially booked the room with two beds but I received 1 bed & a chair (but it didn't covert into a bed). The front desk was very understanding & immediately provided us with a room with 2 beds.

My booking price was messed up by their sales. After few minutes confusion, finally front desk/manager could fix it. Otherwise hotel stay was awesome, breakfast was nice, rooms were super clean, hallway was super clean. Overall it was a good stay!

Sales team messed up my booking and tried to charge me wrong and when I reported the same at the front desk, they initially were telling me that they could do nothing about it. Finally they fixed it.

This is a hotel catering to business travelers. It is located in a convenient location, but it is not a fancy hotel as some of the other reviews make it seem. It is functional, clean, and small. As mentioned in a previous review, the walls are thin and small. I could hear every one walking down the hallway as well as the tv from the guest in the next room.

Their booking policy is horrible. I booked a reservation and tried to cancel in less than 24 hrs of booking and was unable to get a refund. When I made the reservation, I made sure it wasn't a fixed price and that cancelling was possible. The cancellation fee was supposed to be one night's stay. Instead I was charged the entire stay and was unable to cancel. Make sure you read the fine print before you book. Tip:Since this hotel is catered to business travelers, weekend rates are cheaper than weekday rates.
