Our stay was not satisfactory

Hotel was close-ish to Levi stadium

I purposely asked several weeks ahead of time about check in policies (especially during busy times ex. The upcoming Morgan Wallen concert) I was told I could come around 1 and the room should be ready, OR I could pay for early check in and guarantee the room to be ready anytime after 9. It was not!! We got there later than anticipated due to traffic (around 2:30, so after the 1 o’clock time they said it would be ready by) there was a massive line, rooms were not ready, some people were getting ready for the concert in the hotel bathroom! We got to the line around 3:20 and got our room key. We went up to our room, and the cleaning cart was two doors down. Our room was not clean!! Not sure why they even gave us the key. We told the lady who was attending the rooms that we were going in, and had to get ready and the front gave us a key. Someone else who I am assuming was the manager, came knocking on the door and rudely told us the other lady needed to clean our room. We told her we were given a key, asked specifically for early check in, and needed to get ready. It was solved by the manager saying they would come clean when we left The room was clean when we returned from the concert. At check out the next day, we had them check that the early check in was not charged since they obviously didn’t prepare for us. It was not, but they also didn’t offer any apology really, or anything. Just said no it wasn’t charged. Needless to say, would not return.

Heated pool and Bistro restaurant next door were great.

The room was highly dissatisfying. Torn up carpet, no ventilation in the bathroom, headboard had tears and inappropriate markings. No ice machine on our floor, and bathroom shelving was missing.

Although the hotel is kind of old already but still it has its fashion and uniqueness, stands out still as a branded hotel.

I recently discovered some unexpected charges that I was not informed about at the time of booking or check-in. My room rate was supposed to be $129, tax included. However, I was surprised to see a charge of $154—apparently due to an additional $15 parking fee that was never disclosed to me beforehand. To make matters worse, my credit card statement shows a total charge of $187, which is even more confusing. There’s no explanation or breakdown provided on the receipt to justify this amount. What’s particularly concerning is that instead of listing my address in Hayward, California, the receipt reflects an address in the Netherlands. This discrepancy raises the possibility that the charge may have been mistakenly associated with someone else’s account or processed incorrectly. Overall, the billing process was frustratingly unclear and left me with more questions than answers. I believe I deserve a detailed explanation and resolution regarding the overcharge and address issue.

Tired decor, hot tap didn’t work, aircon noisy, staff confused and unhelpful, breakfast average and slow + you have to pay extra for parking which wasn’t clear when booking.

Just to sleep

Nevertheless we had a two-room suite it was old and not as clean as we expected. There was no cold water in a bathroom faucet (it was broken), there was no soap in the bathroom, the living room sink was clogged (the water didn’t flow through).

Pool area was good but rooms need a lot of updating. Hope Sheraton will renovate soon. It’s a great location and great pool area but needs to renovate hotel/courtyard rooms and revitalize their restaurant on site.

Convenient accomodation in San Jose

The hotel was nice and clean. We used the pool. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. There’s not much around that area but there are shops a short drive away. The downtown is not far either.

The hotel is located just next to a highway but with windows closed it’s quiet.

I loved everything about your hotel our stay was great the only thing I didn't like our bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan only had a little toilet paper not enough. Very peaceful place as we needed to rest after a funeral. I'd really love to stay again in the near future.

Misleading photos

Location and overall environment

Value for money is questionable. Not cheap hotel but doesn’t offer anything special. Very misleading photos, I booked it because of the pool but the blue colour on the picture is non existent. The pool was pure green, didn’t dare to get close to it and there was absolutely nobody inside for our 4 day stay. Toilet wasn’t working and was getting flooded. Won’t return.

Parking area is huge.

Checked in delay til 5p.m. After long trip then waited 2 more hours to check in the room.😫. The family room should have 4 or 5 towels, but it has 2 available in room. They said: they will bring more, but nothing even when I called them by phone.
