A getaway that was needed. Everything that I needed was accessible, very comfortable in deed.

I'm not much of a breakfast person but it nice knowing that it was there in case I decided to eat, Place was very nice and clean. The people that I did run into were very hospitable. I hope to return soon.

No room cleaning over the stay. Drink prices (water, soda). Tried to extend my booking by an additional 8 nights but rates were not comparable to extened booking. Went to another hotel nearby.

terrible place to stay even for one night

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong unpleasant odor. I had checked in very late at night and only had a few hours to rest before early morning meetings, yet the room conditions made restful sleep impossible. Later that night, I discovered that a large portion of the carpet, especially near the AC/heater unit, was completely soaked. That part of the room was unusable. Additionally, both the heater and the refrigerator were extremely noisy and woke me up multiple times throughout the night. The bathtub was also not clean upon arrival, which was unacceptable. I have photos documenting all of these issues. I had explicitly requested a quiet and comfortable room, but the room provided did not meet basic standards. To make matters worse, the room was neither the king bed nor the “deluxe” room shown in the photos and description at the time of booking. Separately, I now see additional unexplained charges on my credit card: – $37.19 listed as a breakfast charge??? – Another charge of $61.66??? I never received an invoice despite requesting it several days ago. Please send me an itemized statement immediately and explain the basis for these additional charges. The overall experience fell significantly below reasonable expectations, and the lack of response so far is deeply concerning.

Nice hotel, clean rooms.we had an event and they need respect the room capacity it was over crowded during dinner 10-12

I called the front desk at 5pm because my room was not done and needed clean towels, and was told everyone gets notified as you checked and that was not the case with me we had some other issues with check in that probably they had an oversight. I got clean towels but room was not done. They need to have a sign as you checked in. About the room policy.

Was told I couldn’t use the stairs. There for a concert and planned on getting ready in our room before but we were unable to because it was an hour and a half past check in and they said our room wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes.

You don't have enough servers or customers to have Buffett and A La Carte offerings, I would get rid of Buffett altogether as you are just wasting food. Also, please put a couple of servers to serve breakfast guests instead of one poor lady running around. Thanks.,

Clean, comfortable room: good bed and good pillows. Good shower and bathroom.

1. Water pressure from sink- almost none. Horrible. 2.TV volume didn't work right- barely audible. 3. Front Desk got my booking for extra night all screwed up- double billed me and I'm still trying to get that refund.

Terrible hotel

It was clean - nothing more. Do not come to this hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Very weak internet signal. In addition the following did not work - most of the TVs in the gym, the TV in my room sometimes, phone in my room, coffee machine in the breakfast room In addition there was no hot water for almost 24H in one of the days due to plumping issue.

I am here so often whenever I in town. I’m always check in early around one or 2 o’clock all the time I pay additional charge $20 only. But last time they type me $40 I’m not happy for that. I told them and they say no it’s $40 that’s only point I’m not happy I don’t mind the pay. But that is not right I never received any email for race.

The bed was confortable.

5 nights stay and the room was never made, not once...i don't mind to keep the towel to limit our ecologic impact. But I expect the bed to be done and the bathroom cleaned as a minimum service otherwise i would take an Rbnb... no possibility to chromecast the tv.
