I liked that it was big, close to gas and stores. There was even a dog area to relief the pets and ground was very clean.

The breakfast was not the best, disappointing to find just coffee. No attendant present, the bed room pillows were only three and pretty flat.

HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ROOM GIVEN AWAY IN EXCHANGE FOR A DIRTY ONE

First of all, do not book here! We got to the hotel and the receptionist checked us in. We went upstairs to our room and there were already people in there. I went back down to ask why there are people in our room and the receptionist didn't know and went to grab a manager. Several people were in the lobby with problems regarding their rooms as well. The manager had an attitude and yelled at the receptionist stating she's doing the best she can with all the problems people were having with their rooms. The receptionist was doing his best and i appreciate him because he confirmed they gave our room away. Turns out our room was given away which was so frustrating because we booked months before our event to make sure we had the room we picked. What did manager do? She gave us a disgusting room that looked like they sent someone to clean it in 5 minutes. The beds were stained, cob webs everywhere, the curtains on the window were stained and dirty. The bathroom floor was wet and sticky. The bathtub in the shower was stained with prints of dirty feet. Our bedtime side tables were stained with a print of a dirty towel they used to "CLEAN" it. We had no choice but to get ready for our concert because of the delay to finally get a room we were late. We come back once our event was over and our key wasn't working so we went to the front desk. The overnight receptionist asked us our room number and name so i gave it to him. He stated that wasn't our room because it was under someone else's name. I told him that was the room given to us because our room was given away. He finally gave us a new key. We just wanted to get our things and go. There was no way we were sleeping in that dirty room. It was horrible.We ended up driving back home after our concert was over which was a 5 hr drive at 1am. I will never book this location again.

They didn’t have our room!

The hotel did not have my name in their system! I showed them the confirmation email I got with all the correct info on it, which they saw and verified it was correct. But they didn’t have a room for us. They said they were over-booked. Also, we got there after 5:00pm and multiple people were still waiting to get into their rooms because the rooms weren’t ready yet-even though check-in is at 3:00pm.

This location rocked! The accommodations were great, the room was very clean, Jennifer checked us in and she made the process flawless and quick. The microwave was huge!

The breakfast was weak. Too simple. Not considered a real breakfast. The gym equipment, all three treadmills, were broken and did not run well. The room had a kitchenette; however, no coffee pot, etc in the room. You would need to get items at the front desk.

Worst experience ever. And not getting the room after all.

Booked a room Arrived after midnight, the employees at the front desk were having a problem with another customer and she was mad at him. I waited too long. Then I showed him my reservation and he said he could not give me the room before 2 AM. Even though I paid for that night. I was so tired I needed to use the room and bathroom and he wouldn't give me my room. When we argued he threatened me to call the police. I asked him to call the police if he likes then he made a phone call with someone, later the police arrived. The employee couldn't explain to him why he could not accommodate me other than making excuses by the system. The policeman was surprised by his attitude and told him that the customer paid for that night and I have the right to be frustrated and he should not have called the police. Later the officer left after he told me his advice to look somewhere else. I had a booking with me on the phone trying to solve the problem. Then booking.cim rep called them then she came back on the phone and said that they will not accommodate me and the employee came back from the back office and he said that they will not accept me. I had to drive after 2AM to find another hotel. SURPRISINGLY THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. which the employee confirmed to the police that they did not charge me. Still for almost 10 days the charge is showing in my statement and it is not refunded yet..

Because of my second stay here, I will not be coming back

Location. Close to freeway and close to work

I’ve stayed here previously and it was excellent. But this time the room I was given was gross. There was hair on the towels and they were dirty, the shower floor was gross. Shower head kept leaking all day and night. The tv contrast was a blue hue. And all night long you can hear people talking and stomping outside your door. And the staff was rude. The guy who checked me in gave me my room keys but didn’t tell me where which building. Said he needed a photo of my plate so he can write mg plate down. I know my plate and he wouldn’t believe me. My first stay, the lady was so kind. She asked what my plate was and I gave it to her. She explained where the room was and the breakfast in the morning.

Disappointed

I like that the rooms have a kitchen

The first time I stayed here was good. Then my second stay I had brought groceries with me to my room but after leaving my room I came back and all of my groceries were gone and the manager had said he doesn’t know anything. I had three days worth of groceries and the hotel took it all away. I booked two rooms next to each other but the hotel gave me two rooms in separate buildings. Safe to say I will not be coming here again and I would encourage you as well.

They don’t clean regularly. No one is ever at the front desk. Certain staff are friendly, others have an attitude. House keeping never came to give me new towels and sheets but they came knocking on my door at 10:45am the day I was supposed to check out of my room. Very annoying to say the least.

it may be helpful to have some sort of instructions how to operate the AC/Heat. as there are two separate controls, one is on the unit itself (disabled I believe) and another is on the opposite wall which I was not aware until the next day
