The room is clean and ready for occupancy. They are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The staff are excellent in welcoming us and friendly. Amenities are available for every seasons and reasons. When you go there please say hello to POU from the reception desk from me. She’s the nicest person ever.

Room was very clean, bed was pretty comfortable, loved the pillows. Bathroom was ok, running water from the sink was rather low, not sure why. Not too bad but bathroom did have an oder and there’s no fan in the bathroom. Have to keep door close. One negative thing was that the hotel advertised free parking but it was not free. I was charged $19.95 plus tax per night. May have to reconsider that for future stay. Other than that, decent location, lots of Asian food available because the Asian plaza is across the street.

The staff was not very friendly when i checked in. They didnt ask me if i had stayed their previously, nor did they ask if i needed a parking pass or tell me anything about the property. They were more interested in just getting me checked in. It felt rushed and rude. I will definitely not be staying at any more property.

Save your money and just stay at another hotel!! The staff here are so rude and unhelpful! I had to talk to front desk twice to get my Expedia reward honored, then they still charged me for the "complimentary" $15 beverage credit. They make you feel really unwelcome and the manager is the worst of them all. He really should consider a different line of work because your behavior was absolutely embarrassing. There is a different Sonesta down the street from here and it is wonderful, I recommend staying there instead!

This hotel comes with great service and views. The hotel is also in a great and safe place to stay. Pedro and Gilbert are excellent hotel staff members.

Checked in late, but still welcoming. This particular location does not accept Apple Pay unfortunately, so just be prepared for that. Parking is $19/night which seems like every hotel nowadays charges for. I would’ve expected for paid parking, it would’ve been secured rather than wide open. I do remember this when it was the Crown Plaza and it was nice, no parking fees either.

Bad front desk service and also priced high for the value it offers. Didn’t even offer coffee for free after charging high per day. The price didn’t justify value. Regular size room is very small. Rooms have very noisy AC.

I got a room in 12nd flooring. It is very noisy because there is an electric room or heater on top. I can’t sleep for the whole night. Beside this, the bed is comfortable. Please avoid Rome #1224.
