Horrible. Completely horrible. No ac shower had no hot water. No directions on how to check in or anything. The building

Everything. Bed was horrible. The place stunk. AC didn’t work could hear the other people from the other side of the wall. Over all horrible. People lied about everything on here. Not even worth 20 dollars

The woman running the place was very rude and very difficult to get ahold of when needed. It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in! And I have traveled the world extensively for 25 years. Absolutely terrible in every way. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to have clean sheets and towels and hot water that isn’t rusty. Could not wait to check out. Should have gone to Canada!

Location is nearer to the falls park.

Congested washroom. And no room cleaning daily. There were old items, leftovers, used inners under the bed.

Not much to SAY!!

The host at the property charged us extra for the deposit fee stating that this is the bank charges, ideally it should have been bore by the hotel itself and not by the customer She was very unprofessional and stood on our gates at the checkout time. On our journey way back, our cab drivers warned us for bed bugs too. Overall it was an horrible experience and the host was greedy for money and non hospitable environment. Please don’t book here guys

We did not like anything about the property.

The room was not clean. When asked for it to be cleaned, the cleaner came in and cleaned; however the specific thing (ex. the bathroom) we stated and explained was not clean did not get cleaned. There was hair and nasty sticky stuff all around the bottom of the toilet and in the shower. The shower was also incredibly small for one person to use.

You should read the reviews about this business on Google and then take it off your site. It makes you look bad.

Nothing! The pictures of the property on this site are much better than what the property actually looks like in person. It’s a dump.

The staff was rude and disrespectful. After checking in, I allowed my family to leave their bags in the room while we went to Niagara Falls Park. My sister (LaDetra Burks) had a room through booking.com for the same day but it was in Niagara Falls Canada (you can look it up). Because one member in the group didn’t have his passport, we were going to do everything as a group, in NY, before going to Canada. Four family members were going to leave their bags in our room for an hour or two, while we visited Niagara Falls park in NY. The older Indian female (from the hotel) came outside yelling at us, telling us that there were too many people staying. Then, an Indian man begins recording us on his phone. We tried to assure her that we were holding their bags temporarily, because they had an Airbnb in Canada. The lady didn’t listen to us and began to yell and complain that guests couldn’t have any visitors and my family was told to leave. She continued to accuse us of having extra visitors, but it was only the two of us actually staying. We all left and walked down the sidewalk as the lady stared at us. We waited for our Uber, on the nearby corner, to avoid further interaction. About thirty minutes later, we received notice that she had canceled the room. I tried calling to see if we were charged and rather than answering my question, she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. She sent a text, threatening to call the police if we didn’t bring back the key to the room. She said that she left all of our bags outside on the street and wasn’t responsible for what happened to them. We were at the park and had to find a Lyft to come and take us to the hotel. She continued to be rude, recording and taunting us again as we grabbed our (and our family’s) belongings.

The "old school" feeling of the room. It brought me back to my childhood memories when things weren't so materialistic and modern. I appreciate the charm and oldness of the rooms. Life was more peaceful during those times back in the 1970's and 1980's.

Cheap, I guess? Location wasn't too bad after I figured out the bus system. I like the Dirty Bird only two blocks away... good chicken-and-waffle place.

The towel rack fell... I never touched it or used it and it fell when I wasn't nearby. The maintenance is lacking. The staff was not friendly. The support posts for the washbasin were just balancing there, supporting nothing. I can live with all that, but what I NEEDED was wifi, which ought to be very easy. But the posted password was wrong, and the signal did not reach my room. So I sat in the parking lot. The second night, even that didn't work. It feels like these people just do not care.

worst ever stay in my life. Broken furniture , unnecessary charges, don’t repay deposits, rude behaviour. bathroom not clean. very very very bad service. I would never recommend any one to visit this place . this is in June 2023. guys if you like your mental piece health and money don’t stay
