Very pleasant & comfortable

I loved the huge king bed, it was so comfortable. Everything was clean and staff listened to my concerns and helped me.

Walls were thin and due to a new system I was double charged , but the staff was able to fix the issue.

The rooms and the hotel were immaculate. The staff was fantastic.

The kitchen ran out of food 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. Just the eggs, sausage, and biscuits. About 20 people were left out. But the food was really good and there was plenty of other good food to eat.

Parking was convenient and I had generally easy access to the entry doors, making the transfer of my pets with their luggage easier.

I enjoyed my stay though the fire alarm went off and scared me. I’m a heart patient.

The breakfast I think should be more professional and maybe snacks for your guests throughout their stay. Doubletree provided hot cookies to the guests we all like snacks not just having to purchase them.

I wanted a bigger tub that’s why I chose that location more of a jacuzzi style I wanted to take a bath but the tub was too small and uncomfortable.
