Not worth the money spent, will not stay at a Hiltons property again

Overall the property was clean

They put us in a room next to the elevators which made it impossible to sleep, starting at about 5:00 AM. When I let the staff know they simply dismissed it.

My room key card did not work and I had rented a two bedroom suite.I was not able to move to another room with thr two beds.I was not offer a discount by the receptionists.I had to go down to the front desk 3 times explaing my key did not work.I was accused of putting the card against my phone that caused it to be demagnitiesed.I stayed in the room and had to place a towel to not have the door shut if I needed to go to my car the store or even breakfast.But I was.not offered by the receptionist who checked me in and was aware of the problem any points or even a discount.instead accused of demagnitiesing.the card.

Super friendly staff! They all were very helpful throughout our stay. Their little lobby store was the best stocked lobby store I've ever seen. They had a huge variety of items. The lobby was spotless! The luggage carts were spotless! The elevators were spotless! Our room was HUGE! We booked the King suite with a whirlpool tub, and it was amazing! My mother who traveled with us reserved the run of house room and that one was very large too! Everything in the rooms were very clean and convenient!

One of the two complaints I had was some of the light switches in my room were strange. The switch by the front door needed to be switched on for several of the other light switches around the room to switch on. Secondly, the TV near the whirlpool tub wasn't connected to the Direct TV. Unfortunately, we were very busy and honestly didn't have time to report it. I'm positive that the hotel would've taken care of it if I would've reported it. That was my fault!

Great stay!

We checked in late and staff were very helpful to accommodate us and get us to our room after our long drive. Even with a last minute booking I felt like they had awaited and prepared for our arrival for days l. The Continental breakfast was a bonus.

Had a room on the 1st floor, and could definitely hear some loud neighbors upstairs. Not super loud, but noticeable. I was in rm 128, which is quite close to the pool; it would be nice if windows had bottom up shades being on the 1st floor. As they are now, you pretty much need them down all of the time.

The suite had fantastic amenities, was very clean, and the staff was very courteous. Great place. :)

Room was very clean, plenty of towels and linens provided, and loved that there were USB/HDMI outlets. The bathtub even had its own separate little TV which was a huge plus! Staff were friendly and courteous.

The suite was great, but the mattress was a little off for me. If one person was on one end of the bed, the whole mattress was tilted and made it a little uncomfortable for me on the other end. The linens didn’t keep me very cool and seemed to absorb sweat really easily but that’s just me being picky.

Value, location, comfort, clean, just wonderful.

Called to pay for late arrival, had 2 rooms that required deposit. Clerk said 50 deposit, period. Sent 50 to my daughter, when she arrived they said 50 for each room. I don't care about the money. But was told wrong amount!!! Caused extra issues for our trip. Poor information!! Get it right we were counting on you and it distrusted my trip!!
