My whole stay was great good staff good room and good pool and breakfast

The staff was excellent. They truly made it feel like home. Very kind a d helpful always. Great team

I liked how friendly all the employees are. Also they had a breakfast better than any other hotel around the area. Hem on of the employees was very friendly and so was the who at the front desk even the one employee that was a grounds keeper was friendly. They also were pet friendly and had a great atmosphere.

The brwas somewhat adequate.

The door to the bathroom wouldn't close and it squeezed every time you would open or close it. Also the closet door wouldn't close neither.The shower drain wouldn't let empty the water. The shower curtain was ripped. The oscillating fan was so you had to get a chair to adjust the speed. The curtains in the windows were stained. We also two tvs in our room, I thought they were computer monitors they were so small. This was suppose to be a executive suite, I don't think so. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A lovely warm welcome and good communication with the hotel before we arrived. Good breakfast.

Compared to the last time at Best Western across the street this was a dream come true everybody was very nice to me very professional they're very confident and competent

The only thing I can really complain about is that the bathroom fan doesn't work and there's not an overhead fan but everything else is great I was told there was supposed to be a safe in the room but I guess she was wrong no problem thank you

It was convient.

We are both handicapped. Our handicapped access had no roll in shower, instead a tub.. Yet it did have grab bars. Very disappointed as room appeared dirty from previous cleaning. No services given when we returned from our daughters wedding. Meaning, beds not made, garbages not emptied & no clean towels.

That's a good question well at first on the 2nd of September when I booked into my room got all my stuff in my room everything was fine and then things started to change for the worst

On the second day I started noticing all the things that should have been fixed and taken care of before I booked the room or anyone else for that matter and when I moved in I was so exhausted for my move and I am a disabled victim of a stroke this past January I started noticing things like how I told them I needed a disabled handicap room which I was ignored then I noticed all the disrepair bathroom fan not working at all lights out outlet plates uncovered clocks not set right bulbs burned out in the lamps not replaced the closet doors being completely off the hinges and left that way even though it's supposed to be completely move in ready how dirty the floors were no safe in the room for all my valuables that I had my cash my wallet my silver my coin collection etc etc and how old and dingy things were and as soon as I called them into the room to fix everything so that I get what is Do Me especially at the fee that they charge me for the room it took them several hours to come and repair the fan the doors etc etc

Location was bad, the area was sketchy. I think there was a man jerking off near the railing on our floor, and I think the manager scammed me out of $20

The pillows were smaller than pictured, about 8 inches by 8 inches very tiny. Whole hotel smelled old and musky.

Front desk person brought us new keys to our door when we called when they did not work on the second night. The breakfast from was large and clean with a big spread.

Sink plugged was never fixed after 2 complaints, sink bathroom area was not cleaned to an optimal cleanliness, stains on the chair, exhaust fan did not work in bathroom, towels were very thin. The property was very difficult to enter.

The continental breakfast is very good...love the pool and the gym!! Great sleeping pillows!!

The yougurt machine dispersed warm yogurt and there was no toppings for the yougurt, very sad!!

Staff were nice

Being close to the pool, the rooms were dirty I felt like I had to wear shoes as the carpet was badly stained and very dirty. There were crumbs on the floor when we whetted the room for the first time. The toilet base would move when you sat on it and the bathroom had a urine smell. The towels felt like they need to be replaced, like they have been washed and washed for many years they also had a bad smell. We won’t be back

It was not clean, the sink would back up, the tube was leaking, the sheets were stained, the pillows were horrible, the floor needed to be vacuumed and the toilet desperately needed a good scrubbing

Bad area of town. One ice machine for so many and quite a distance. Lots of noise from traffic and people.

The manager and the security guard were both amazing people. I forget their names, but they know who they are shout out to the both of them. Thanks for the amazing stay❤️

The bacon could’ve been thicker and the juice could’ve been less watery, but the most important thing to me is how I’m treated and I was treated well😁

We like the location due to it being close to where my husband had to attend a work class. The bed is decently comfortable.

The pictures online definitely make it seem it’s a lot nicer than it is. This is an average hotel that’s outdoor, stairs or elevator to get to your room, but all outdoor. If there’s any loud cars driving through town, you can hear it. Anyone outside? You can hear it. The bathtub had water has some water in it when we got here, the drain was simply not opened all the way. Don’t know why it was like that when we arrived. The facet was mildly clogged when we got here. Every time I’d turn on the water to wash my hands or brush my teeth, it’d be backed up and radon things would float back up from previous tenants. There was a hair, and weird seed thing, and a couple things of lint. I finally just wiped out the sink myself to get rid of those things and it doesn’t seem to be as clogged anymore. This is something so simple that the cleaners clearly didn’t do. There’s also something reddish on the wall where the vanity is, it looks like it could’ve been easily wiped of with some cleaner, and it’s still there, for who knows how long. Could be someone’s booger, I don’t know what it is. There’s a loose tile on the bathroom floor and what looks like to be some mold in the grout of the shower. Not enough pillows or blankets. I’m a breastfeeding mom and purposely didn’t bring my nursing pillows because most hotels have more pillows that you need on the bed, well, there’s only 4 tiny pillows for our king bed, they’re very flimsy. Yes, we could’ve contacted the front desk and asked for more, but we were only staying for two nights. Also, last night there were people outside in the pool area and walking past our room during really late hours. No one was out there untill after 9:30-10pm and I still heard them when I finally fell asleep after midnight.

Proximity to family

When i requested the room I selected an ADA room with a walk in shower but got a tub. As a disabled person that meant I couldn’t use the bathroom fully. The picture in my reservation is not what received

The reception staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The chair had a lot of stains on it. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had blood on the wall.

Front desk was friendly.

The door has a half inch gap at the bottom. There was hardly any water pressure. The TV had no guide and very few channel options. The bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet barely flushed. The top sheet was stained, soiled. 2 outlet plugs didn't work. The bathroom fan didn't wok.

Place smelt like cat urine.

Bed sheets need a little bit more cleaning and changing every time a guest leaves not leave the same ones . And little bit more cleaning under the beds will be fine …
