    The rooms are clean and spacious. Heard the place was under new management, and from what I can tell, they are doing a great job. There is renovation going on in the rooms so some noise, but nothing crazy. Pets stay free (up to 2) which is a huge plus for us as we travel with our two dogs. Cleaning staff does a great job and super friendly. Rates are reasonably priced for all bed types. Front desk girls are amazing! Thanks ladies you rock!

    Staff is helpfull and professional. Our room was pretty clean. As dar as amenities goes everything but the pool was readily avalible, but they stated the pool was down for maintenance ahead of time.

    First time here and the room is spacious. Was upgraded for free because they were out of king beds. It’s mostly single story which is a plus! The Manteca location is also under new management and room renovations are being wrapped up when we got here. The AC unit and fridge have seen better days but both still work. Really no complaints. They are pet friendly and the room deposit is only $50 which is way more reasonable than some of these other hotels that are $100+
