I will use this location again for business travel.

Comfortable relative to price. Everything necessary to sleep in comfort.

AC vent drains water onto floor of room 201. Quite a lot of water. May want to review and correct to prevent property damage.

It was okay for the one night

It was convenient for one night. Looks like they have not completed the renovation of the room I was given. A little rough but clean and bed was comfortable.

It was a Friday night and people were celebrating I guess. Also freeway noise was never ending- not the facility issue but if you need to sleep I would suggest further away from the trucking traffic. TV was hard to navigate ! I had to call for help.

Staff was cool need some alone time from family so I booked there but I will not be back

The first room i went into to had roaches and gnats. So they moved me rooms. The 2nd room was cool I still couldn't sleep there I stayed a few and hours and left.

Liked the friendly staff, the pool was a big plus for the boys. They loved the pool after their soccer tournament. And lobby waffles for breakfast were delicious. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend👍

Not worth it, spend the extra $ to stay somewhere cleaner.

Restaurants nearby were good. Proximity to GWL was 6 mins away.

Shower was dirty and made buzzing noise when turned on. Ceiling was dirty. Room had a odd smell to it. Door didn’t fully close on its own, missing part of door. Price for this room was more than what it’s worth. Bugs on table & bed. I was expecting something a little better than what I paid for. This hotel should be less than $100. I will not stay here again. I just felt very dirty leaving this hotel and had to shower right when I got home.

Very Mediocre.

I love the location because it is close to my reason for travel. I also like that it is in the middle of lots of food places, fuel stations, and has El Cerrito right there in there parking lot.

Poor selection for breakfast. Frozen Burrito, Frozen Sausage Muffin, Yogurt, Oatmeal ("Hot Water" container was room temperature.) Juice machine was down. Washing Machine wasn't working.

I will not book Quality Inn rooms again. This was not the best choice.

the location was convenient to our direction of travel.

Quality Inn is a misnomer. The bathroom wall was disgusting, the wall around the sink area was also not clean or the light switches or the door frames and handles. Fortunately, I travel with clorox wipes.
