    Ive been staying here since they opened every month to visit my elderly family. Very pleasant stay. Only issue is no coffee.

    Its been an excellent stay here we are very respectful low maintenance guests no problems. Recently I had an encounter with one specific staff member that changed my view of this place. It's like that saying goes it only takes one person to ruin it for everyone. I would never recommend this place to anyone after the way I was treated for something very trivial.

    The front desk agent was like a bitch. They hold the security deposit for so long and days. They put the blame on the bank without a proof of process in their end and such terrible folks though.

    Hotel has 4 floors and only 1 elevator. The elevator stopped working on Friday and was not repaired until Monday morning.
