Could be a tad bit nicer, but I enjoyed my stay

Nice Comfort Inn location, but to be honest, I stay at Comfort Inn quite often and this one isn't really near the top. That doesn't mean it's a bad place though! It's a fine hotel and I was fine staying there, but I guess the other locations just stand out a lot more and are more modern with more amenities offered. It was quiet and the staff was nice though, and breakfast was solid. A nice place to stay, just not the best Comfort Inn I've stayed at.

Suite design feels a bit outdated compared to other Comfort Inns I've stayed at.

Staff was very kind, efficient and hard working. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and facilities clean. The breakfast was good, thanks to the attentive staff. The location was perfect for our needs. And we love the free parking.

Just the small and old elevator. Thankfully the stairwells are bright and kept clean. But, for the level of hotel, not much to complain about at all!

It was ok..room comfortable, but think we would stay somewhere else next time

Ease off and on freeway

No area for dog to potty, had to take a chance around the parking lot and road, or outside trash can to dispose of the poop bag. I also requested ground floor room, and it didn’t happen.

Where Comfort Goes to Die and Fireworks keep you up

The coffee was hot.

Dog poop in the elevator. Mold in the bathroom (My in-laws also stayed and theirs was moldy also). The bed was like plywood. Pillows like inflatable beach balls. Fireworks in the parking lot at 2 am sounded like gunfire. Will absolutely never return. Top 5 worst stays of my 43 years.

A Diamond in Lathrop

Very clean property. Breakfast was simple, but kept clean. The lady that worked the kitchen restocked everything making sure that it was well stocked. Beds were comfy and a peaceful rest.

Front Desk gentleman was not very personable or professional, and needs better communication skills.

Perfect if you are driving a Rental Truck with a towed car, up or down I-5.

Provides a truck parking lot appropriate for a Rental Truck with a car towed behind it. Pretty good breakfast with cereal, toast, waffles, yogurt, eggs and sausages. Useful extras like washer/dryer.

Cobwebs, broken TV, not cleaned shower. Prior guest shower stuff still in the shower. Carpet was dirty.

Dining room excellent. Entire staff helpful and kind.

We had only 1 roll of toilet paper, thinking at 3:am there would be an extra one in the closet , we were wrong! That was terribly upsetting to have to call the desk at 3:am walk to the desk in my PJs to expedite the process in getting the toilet paper. As someone was checking in. The attendant was busy. Housekeeping issue. Desk attendant wasn't to pleased either with our issue at 3:am. She did her best
