It was fine good value for your dollar

The front desk Person was amazing I only had a a few minutes to check in get back to Work I notice my tv was not working she took care of it and my double booked reservation super helpful I appreciated her efforts

Staff didn’t have the potential of providing room service and was upset that I was not extending the stay.

The room was decent and the bed is comfortable.

The house keeping staff didn’t provide room service when we extended our stay and when I went to the reception to let him no there wasn’t room service. He made it seemed like I lied about requesting room service and that I probably had my do not disturb sign up. I left the room around 12 and let the front desk know will be out and want room service before we get back. No room service. I was disappointed. We checked out.

It was a great location right off the freeway. Price for amenity was spot on. Pet Friendly!

Coffee makers are to small in rooms make only enough coffee for one person at a time. Took my Krueger so was no issue for me 😁 Breakfast was sparse but doable for a quick bit.

Okay for a overnight stop.

Linens are in need of replacement Breakfast is minimal and assuming everyone likes only blueberry yogurt as that was the only choice. Place needs cleaned up and some fresh paint

Exceptional Breakfast - NOT - otherwise a good deal

Room was comfortable, roomy, and beautifully decorated. Good value for the price.

The breakfast was not "exceptional" as stated in the booking.com listing. It was basic toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. The one slightly nicer option was some "french toast" you could heat in the toaster and have with syrup (not the do-it-yourself waffles that many hotel breakfasts offer.) It was a good basic breakfast - a step up from continental, but not something we would call "exceptional" or even "very good."

First room I checked into smelled like Pure cigarettes. I went and let them know and the switched me to another room the bath tub had brown stains and the bed had hair on the sheets

Clean rooms friendly staff

Jessica went above and beyond to make my son and I stay pleasant. It was nice and clean the jets in bathtub didn't work but all in all it was a nice stay.

The jets in bathtub not working was upsetting my son was excited to try them out.

Didn't get our money's worth as the room's 3 main components were not working properly.

The location was close to where we spent our days which minimized travel time. The staff were friendly and efficient. The maid service was good and they found us before we left to give us our pillow that we had left in the room.

The room was cold so we turned on the heater. It made such a loud racket continuously that we turned it off once the cold air was diminished. We didn't turn the heater on again for fear it would disturb anyone in the rooms next to us. Then my husband used the toilet only to find that it wasn't properly attached to the floor so it rocked back and forth as your weight shifted. At bedtime we found that the bed had metal parts underneath that made noise as we got into bed. The room's 3 main components, (heater, toilet, bed), were not adequately maintained.

I dont recommend to anyone, horrible service and facilities were below standard operations

the location was all there was to “like”

everything in our room was either broken or something wrong, the water pressure in the shower literally mad it impossible to take a actual shower, also our ac/heater was falling out of the wall and was a safety hazard to my 2 young children, even after informing the staff of the issues all we ever were told was “thats how all the rooms are”. we also made a request of some extra bedding and a couple extra pillows, but we were told that they had no extra bedding or pillows in hotel, and I know that was just A lie. also the staff was so rude my husband and I were afraid to have to ask or even make a request about any of our issues, it seemed as if the people working there hate their job and they will make sure you dont feel welcome
